Luxury 3 double-bedroom (All en-suite) villa on 3 floors with private roof terrace and pool enjoying unspoiled panoramic views over the beautiful bay. 20% off in May 2015!-Also see Bay Vista Two-
Bay Vista 1 is a beautiful, detached property with fruit trees and well-tended gardens. It enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views over Kalkan bay which can be seen from every window, and any position outside the villa.
Inside it is a fully equipped modern air-conditioned home-from-home including satellite TV and internet. Outside it boasts a very comfortable covered seating facility with a large table and chairs to seat 6 for Al-Fresco dining, there is also a purpose-built Turkish seating area in a shaded cool position, a private swimming pool with outdoor shower facilities and terrace area with loungers, parasols, chairs and a table.
Please don't be disappointed if Bay Vista One is booked on the dates you are looking for or you if you are looking for larger accommodation as the owner has also recently renovated to the highest standards, another 3 double bedroom villa, all en-suite, and with a private pool just 200 yards from Bay Vista One, and it is listed a Bay Vista Two.
If you have a larger party (up to 12 people) why not book both villas for the same dates?
On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen/dining area with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, plus dishes, cutlery, pans and glasses.
There is a lounge with internet, satellite TV, DVD and an LCD television and a selection of DVDs to watch. This area is air-conditioned. There is a guest toilet with shower
There is a spiral-staircase leading to the first floor.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double, and one twin. Both bedrooms have good quality en-suite facilities and independent air-conditioning units.
Both rooms have a large shared balcony and sea-views. The double room has patio doors onto the balcony; the twin does not, making it safer for families with small children.
There is a spiral-staircase leading to the second floor.
The second floor has double bedroom with patio doors onto a private roof terrace with a sofa and table. There is also a suspended upholstered seat (see picture).
This floor has a private bathroom with wet-room facilities and there is also a utility room with washing machine.
The views from the private rooftop terrace are breathtaking!
The villa is located above the town of Kalkan, which is a short walk downhill. Nearby there are an abundance of restaurants and shops to choose from. Within about 100m there is a hotel and guests of the villa are free to use the facilities there such as the pool and bar.
The bus station is about 2 minutes walk away, and the local supermarket for food etc. is about 5 minutes.
Kalkan has many restaurants, some say over 100! Along with many shops, and an abundance of narrow streets to explore.
Just spent ten days here and the villa and facilities are very good. A comfortable place to stay with easy access/walk down into town. Biggest dissapointment was the lack of internet and satellite TV despite being advertised as available at the property. A big let-down.
Some of the photos are a little old now and some features of the property need updating.

Bay Vista Villa is a stunning, private villa with breathtaking views over Kalkan town and the Mediterranean coast. The inside is beautifully furnished, spacious and light, with all the amenities you could need (the biggest difference with this villa and others we have stayed in is that it has obviously been built and cared for as a family home, rather then a business opportunity, so there really is everything a family could need for a stay away and all the furnishings are well made, comfortable and well looked after) and the outside pool area is just about perfect, with a large pool, large eating area and a secluded room away from the sun to sit and relax. Would highly recommend using the swinging seat on the top floor balcony to watch the sun set each evening too!
Couldn’t have asked for more from a villa in this price range!
Kalkan town itself is still absolutely beautiful, but it does seem to keep growing in size and price! This was our fourth time back and still not had a bad meal anywhere, so can’t complain too much! The main restaurant / bar area and harbour is an easy walk down hill from the villa, but would recommend a taxi in the evening. Using the local shops for supplies and making our own breakfast and lunch was great, and helps keep the cost down (the kitchen is fantastic at the villa too!!).
Would highly recommend Bay Vista Villa to anyone thinking of spending a week in Turkey.
I recently visited Turkey with three friends and stayed in Bay Vista Villa for 1 week. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was even better than I had expected it to be. It was the perfect place to relax and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Kalkan. The villa is bright and spacious with all the amenities you need on holiday. The bedrooms are very comfortable and have beautiful views of Kalkan bay. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the swinging chair (on the top floor balcony) in the mornings, admiring the view. The outdoor seating area and private pool were also favourite features of the villa.
We visited Kalkan in April which meant that the town was not busy and it was not too hot. We found everyone to be very friendly and the food served in the restaurants was delicious!
We had a great time and all agree that this villa was excellent value for money. Weve now got the post-holiday blues and would love to return at some point!

We had a great time during our stay at the Bay Vista Villa. Transfers from the airport were organised for us and went smoothly. When we arrived, we were met with a warm and friendly greeting, and showed around by a man called Garreth. We found him to be very helpful. He knows there area well and was only to happy to point us in the right direction on more than one occasion during our stay.
The villa far exceeded my expectations. Its very comfortable and spacious, and was clean and tidy. The panoramic views from the pool side overlooking Kalkan are spectacular, especially during sunrise.
I would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.
We stayed at the Bay Vista in June 09 and loved it so much we returned again the same year. The villa has all the facilities you need to be completely self-contained, the kitchen is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a utility room with a washing machine too.One of the unique features of the villa is it's outdoor covered Turkish seating area which is a welcome retreat if you've had enough sun and want to relax in the shade. There's is a lovely pool for cooling off and a rooftop sun terrace with fabulous views. In fact you get great views of Kalkan bay from just about every window! Each bedroom (there are 3) has it's own en-suite with modern, good quality facilities. It's only a short walk downhill to the Yali supermarket to stock up on all your basic requirements. Luckily only around 100m away there is a nice quiet family hotel with a large pool and covered eating area. They are happy for non-residents to use the facilities, which is great if you fancy a change : )Marcus & Deborah
Bay Vista Villa One enjoys fabulous views over Kalkan harbour. It is a short walk down to the town centre where you can take advantage of the many lovely restaurants and bars. The weekly market is only a short stroll away and the bus station is around a couple of minutes walk. The Samira Deluxe hotel is located only around 100m away, it is a low-key family hotel where you are welcome to use the facilitiies or just enjoy a meal.
