From Gouvieux, France Sep 2010

Just back from an enjoyable stay in this villa. We found it spotless and more attractive than in the photos. The pool in particular has a beautiful area shaded by pink and white Bouganvillea, and the site in general has been very well planted with flowering shrubs. It was very peaceful as only one other villa was occupied at the time.
The equipment was of a good standard (though I hadnt noticed that there was no dish-washer - not really a problem) and one or two small hitches were very promptly dealt with. My only real criticism would be the lack of space for a party of ten on the terrace as the table is very small and there are only four chairs. We managed by using the dining room furniture as well but a round table with extensions would be an improvement.
The owners were helpful and efficient and obviously take pride in their Turkish home.
We enjoyed a day on the beach at Küçükbük, a pleasant little bay.
All in all, very satisfactory and good value .

Brilliant size and the facilities were excellent for our group.
Was also great to have the baby cot there.
Communication was also great from the owners.
Only thing missing was a highchair for the little one which i didnt think about until after we arrived!
For those going in a group then i would probably recommend a hire car due to the distance from the supermarket, restaurants and even to the little shop in kucukbuk.
Apart from that was the perfect break for us and everyone had a ball!
Thanks again.

Great Villa with a large shared pool. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The Villa was comfortable and the AC was a godsend in the blistering heat! There is a steep walk up to the Villa as we did not hire a car for our short stay. Plenty of room for two families adn the BBQ was very useful. We didnt make the most of the roof terrace as the views were superb towards Rabbit Island. Overall a very nice Villa and the facilities within it were great. Could do with some chairs on the roof terrace though. All the rooms were generous in size.

we all felt as we are at home. it is beautiful villa with location, weather and space. It was very nice make some friendship with the local people and find out unspoiled part of the Bodrum. We have very relax and lovely time. Just right to swimming pool and walking destine to see. Boat trip, journey to horse farm and aqua park as well as a night in Yalikavak, Turkbuk within 10-15minutes drive or easy transport. It is not an expensive holiday if you planing to go as a two family. I can recommend families with children as well as single people who wants to be with nature during the day and partying during the night either at Yalikavak or Turkbuk. Kucukbuk local people also very friendly and helpful.

WE HEARD ABOUT THE VILLA THROUGH A FRIEND OF A FRIEND OF THE OWNERS.SEVEN OF US STAYED THERE ADGED FROM 30 TO 64.IT REALY IS A SMASHING AND COMORTABLE VILLA WITH A LOVELY VIEW LOOKING DOWN TO THE SEA.THE POOL IS SPOTLESS CLEAN AS IS THE VILLA.IT IS A BIT OF A WALK BACK FROM THE BEACH, AS I SUFFER WITH BREATHING PROBLEMS BUT WITH A FEW STOPS ON THE WAY I MADE IT OK.LOCAL RESTERANTS ABOUT 10 MINUTES WALK ARE GOOD.WE DONT LIKE TO DRIVE IN TURKEY SO WE TAKE TAXIS OR THE LOCAL DOLMUS[MINI BUS].OVERALL WE HAD A WONDERFUL HOLLIDAY AND HAVE RECOMENDED IT TO OUR FRIENDS.HOPE TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR.549

As previously organised through the owners of the villa our rental car was waiting at the airport for collection upon our arrival, as promised. The journey to the villa was pleasant allowing us to already gain an appreciation of ‘Turkey Life’. Our first impressions of the villas was the nice layout of the pool area. The villa was far better than we were expecting in comparision to a previous holiday in Turkey a few years ago. It was very very clean, spacious (even with 10 of us staying) and the the kitchens and bathrooms were fully refurbished to an excellent standard. The kitchen was more than adequate if you should like to cook yourself, although to be honest there are so many places nearby to eat out, that we really didn’t feel the need to cook ourselves. The bedrooms were of a comfortable size with a mixture of double beds, and two singles in each. All bedrooms had ample wardrobe space. We were very impressed with the friendly, efficient cleaning staff. (This was arranged privately with the owner before leaving England). The sea views over the bay were wonderful during the early evening as the sun went down. The actual villa forms part of a very quiet complex which is ideal for familys who wish to escape the comercial side of Turkey. It is a must to hire a car. The local town has all that is needed: relaxing restuarants, supermarkets, bakers etc and although it is within walking distance, the journey back up the hill in the mid day heat is a bit of a struggle! We wanted to travel a little futher afield too which would have been difficult without our own transport. Overall a fantastic holiday and staying at the villa made it perfect. Its the fist place we will be going back to next year.
