Our Villa is ideally located seconds from the sea front between Fethiye and Calis beach on Turkey's Mediterranean coast.
This brand new spacious villa has some wonderful views over the bay with a shared pool alongside the villa. All three bedrooms are full doubles and all en-suite.
Each bedroom has its own balcony so you can sit out and admire the views of the sea and/or the pool. ( There is a villa between us and the Mediterranean and our sea views are to the right of the villa)
The lounge terrace beside the pool is big enough for 6 to dine al fresco. The villa is beautifully furnished and is wonderfully located for your holiday.
Don't worry about a car, simply jump on the frequent bus to Fethiye, with it's abundance of shops and restaurants. Take a minibus from Fethiye to the famous blue lagoon (Oludeniz) It's friendly, beautiful, culturally rich and good value for money. It's modern enough to be comfortable yet traditional enough to be interesting.

facades of ancient buildings, were cut into the cliff face.
The road to Fethiye winds up and down hills through a heavily forested region that offers occasional glimpses of the sea and an islet or two basking in total seclusion.
Calis Beach (famous for its glorious sunsets) is a lively town without being spoilt by tourism and there is an abundance of restaurants to choose from, catering for every taste. Take a trip to Fethiye on a water taxi and if you ever tire of the pool and the beach, have a fun day out at the Aqua Park.
If your idea of a holiday is lazing in the sun on a beach or by the pool, then Calis Beach is for you. The shingle beach stretches for 4 km with hotels, bars and restaurants on the beach front road which runs along it. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed here, making it ideal for sun-worshippers and family holidays. If you want to spend some livelier hours, than take a dolmus ride to nearby Fethiye, with its colourful harbour, shops, and nightlife.

Magnificent tombs were carved into the rock high on the cliff face, at a bend in the river, above the fascinating ancient harbour of city Caunos. The Dalyan Delta, with the long, golden, sandy Iztuzu beach at its mouth, is a nature conservation area and a refuge for sea turtles (Caretta caretta) and blue crabs.
