Villa Rosina is a 3 bedroom bungalow style villa, with a large lounge and american style kitchen, large patio with its own private swimming pool.
Dalyan is a small friendly resort and is one of turkeys best kept secrets, great for families with the town being sufficiently family orientated to allow teenagers some independance while still offering plenty for younger children and parents too.
Situated on the bank of a river, the resort has some lovely clean beaches.
the Villa is situated just outside of Dalyan and is a short bus ( Dolmus ) ride into town, and provides an ideal place to rest after hectic days out. Theres plenty to do to keep a family happy for a couple of weeks. For the active, theres mountain biking, sea kayaking, paragliding, diving, watersking and rafting, for the less active there is the incredible ruins of Caunos to explore, mud and thermal baths, boat cruises, and the saturday makets, But most impressive of all are the Caretta turtles which can be spotted on turtle beach at Iztuzu,
Foodwise expect traditional turkish fare, as well as the more familiar pizza, the local fish is excellent, plus there are lots of meze, aubergines, kebabs, pilav (rice dish) and borek (stuffed flaky pastry) All the resturants are very friendly and popular with families, they are always lively with a warm hospitality.
This is the best villa we have stayed in terms of facilities and everything being just right. It is a car/bus ride from the centre of Dalyan and the pool is modest in size but you can see all that from the ad. If you hire a car, as we did, Dalyan is three minutes away. As frequent villa renters in Dalyan we were most impressed by the small but vital touches - welcoming food pack + giant water bottle, plenty of coat hangers, plenty of clothes pegs, the air con units had a remote control each(something we are not used to in Dalyan!), none of the remotes had dead batteries (ditto) and there was a pack of spares, it was properly mosquito proof, there were plastic pinic plates as well as crockery which was really handy, the wifi actually worked and the TV has an internet link to British tv channels, which we weren't expecting (most villa TVs don't even have BBC World Service). The villa is also very secluded from the back, with just views over open countryside and the amazing rocky hills.
Most importantly the owner, Jan, was easily contactable by phone and email, was very helpful and was staying in the villa opposite when we were there. Also the man who looked after the villa was excellent, spoke very good English and lived a few doors away.
We will certainly stay there again. By the way, we only dropped a star on the advert accuracy, because there were important good things she didn't mention.

Villa Rosina is a wonderful place for family holidays. Very peacefull and private. Great place for rest. I will suggest to rent a car, as Daylan is 5 min drive and Iztuzu beach is 20 min drive. Very beautifull views while driving to the beach: mountains, lake, forests. Villa is very comfortable. Great pool and small garden. Patio and BBQ place are great to relax in the evenings.

The villa is in an ideal spot the view of the mountains is fantastic. The pool is great. The transfers were on time and the staff friendly We had a problem that the front door would not open for the staff on our arrival but they attempted to mend it straight away. They didnt completely fix it so we had to use the bedroom door all week - not a problem for us but could be for someone else if it didnt get sorted out. We reported the sir con in one of the bedrooms and they fixed it straight away. The villa is great and we would love to saty again ideal for us has a family.
The property we found looked a bit dated, but was fantastic for our needs, the interior was clean but it seems when it was decorated they painted the door frames which was a shame as they were plastic and the paint did not stick. other than that we had a great two weeks the family loved it. The fridge was way too small for a family of six, the pool was good although there was too much clourine in the water and we had it tested by a friend who showed us the results not good I have a ear infection from this, we reported this to Ali and hopefully it will be put right, the balcony light was not adequate and only one pool light was working. It may sound as if we are moaning but all these points do need addressing. We had a great holiday at the villa and would recommend this to any one who would like to visit Dalyan, the people are very friendly and the food is brilliant can recommend the Kordon Steak House the fish as well as the steak is the best in Dalyan. Please note the fare on the Dolmus is 2Lire do not pay more, when returning from Dalyan ask for Marmala Stop 2
