luxury villa with 3 bedrooms, all ensuite shower rooms in dalyan, Turkey with private pool, childrens pool and jacuzzi
Villa Ria is situated in Maras, a five minute stroll from the heart of Dalyan Town on the Turquoise Coast in Turkey but nestled amidst a panorama of imposing mountains and the ancient Lycian rock tombs, Standing within her own private garden of luscious palms and trees, Villa Rias architecturally designed elegance charms even before entering the cool contemporary open plan living area which leads directly out onto the bathing area.
Across from the large, beautifully lit swimming pool and foaming Jacuzzi dwells an attractive wooden Kosk, a chill-out area providing comfort and shade. A stone-built outdoor barbecue also runs alongside a spacious dining area seating 6 beneath the stars.
Interior décor is calm, sleek and stylish throughout the open planned lower floor, comprising living area with comfy sofas, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a lovely working fireplace moulded from white Bodrum stone. One of three en-suite bedrooms is also situated on this level and benefits from double doors opening onto the poolside area. The ground floor has wheelchair access.
A curving staircase leads to the upper level where two more en-suite bedrooms are situated either side of a stunning Turkish area with typical Turkish lighting, rugs and low seating. 2nd visit to Dalyan, 1st to Villa Ria. The villa itself was lovely and homely and the little pool was great especially if you have small children.. The villa is in a good location, a short walk to a lovely childrens park and app 5/10 min walk to the nearest shop, bakers, bars and restaurants.
I was disappointed however, because since we had booked last Sept, a villa had been built right in front blocking all views to the tombs.

Property was spacious, well maintained and ideally located for tranquility yet close to the town for restaurants and bars.

If you are looking for a calming and relaxing holiday in a high quality Turkish Villa, but away from the traditional hustle and bustle of a seaside location, this is the place for you! The riverside setting of Dalyan is so refreshingly different! Everything you need is provided at the villa. Everything worked! The quiet location and fantastic warm pool made it difficult for us to tear ouselves away from the villa during the day. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within the village within 5mins walk. Plenty of things to do and places to visit - you dont even need a car to do most of them! The boat rides are great too. Highly recommended! Well be keen to go back again, but not next year because it has already been booked up!!!! Damn!!!!

Excellent value for money with an ideal poolside location.
Very well furnished and equipped.
Would certainly book this property again
Had a wonderful time at Villa Ria, we went the end of may - the heat was perfect, the only issues we had was the pool was a little cold that time of year, but once you have been in it for 5 mins it was fine!
Went with 2 small children (2 and 3) both loved it, and had a whale of a time. Theres a great kids playground literally 2 mins walk away on the way to the town, another great plus!
The owner was really helpful, answering our constant badgering promptly(!) There was a slight problem with the heating that she Explained to us - so we were expecting it - and were able to cope with it no problem!
A+++ service, thank you!
Dalyan itself is wonderful little gem, with a good mix of touristy and local charm, no bad meals out, All were good with children. Would recommend getting over to kaunos if possible.
