Enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday in Villa Diana, a luxury 4 bedroom detached triplex villa with private pool and garden. The villa is built in a Greco-Roman style with feature pillars, arches and decorations. Villa Diana is situated in a quiet residential part of Calis, but still close to local amenities, such as the beach, dolmus route, shops and restaurants. The immediate surrounding area is semi-rural and is a mixture of newer holiday homes and established Turkish houses. You will therefore experience the sights, sounds (and maybe occasional aromas) of Turkish life. There is a small shop 2 minutes walk from the villa, for all those essentials e.g. bread and milk etc, and there is a mini-market about 5 minutes walk, just across the main Calis road. Here you can buy pretty much everything you need. The beach (at the Seril1 end) is an easy 10 minute flat walk. Enjoy the mountain views from the rear of the villa and the beautiful sunsets from the front roof terrace. Laze around the 30 sq metre pool on the cushioned sun loungers and enjoy a BBQ meal on the terraces. The villa has a private gated driveway. The garden and pool are maintained daily (except Sundays). If booking for 2 weeks, there is a mid holiday linen change. A welcome pack is provided, and there an option (paid locally) of a shopping trip to the large Migros (or Tansas) supermarket (in Fethiye), the day after you arrive. The swimmimg pool is available throughout the May to October season.
NEW for 2008: A roof has been built over the front terrace providing welcome shade, and so that al-fresco meals can be better enjoyed.
There is now a pool-side shower for guest use.
A mobile phone is now provided for guest use, useful for contacting the local agent or for making reservations.
NEW for 2010: A pergola has been constructed at the end of the pool, with vines trained overhead, to provide a relaxing shady area for eating or lounging. 2x adult bikes provided for guest use.
NEW for 2011: Exterior security lighting installed.
NEW for 2012: Complete interior re-painting.
NEW for 2013: Complete exterior re-painting. Swimming pool completely re-tiled in blue mosaic, lighting upgraded to LED. Villa now connected to mains drainage.
The spacious accommodation is arranged as follows:-
The ground floor is open plan and air conditioned. The front door opens to a spacious entrance hallway, decorative archways separate the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. French doors provide access to the front and rear terraces, where you can enjoy relaxing meals al-fresco. There is ground floor toilet/shower room - handy when using the pool.
Take the curved marble staircase up to the first floor, where you will find a master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room and french door to a balcony overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and a french door to the rear balcony with mountain views.
Also on this floor there is a luxurious main bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi corner bath and shower.
Continue up the marble staircase to the top floor, here you will find bedroom 3 (standard double size sofa-bed), complete with kitchenette and patio doors leading onto a private roof terrace with panoramic views (ideal for that all-over tan). This room can be either used as a bedroom, or for the smaller parties as a wondeful chill-out room to watch the sunsets.
Also on this floor is bedroom 4 (twin-beds), please note that this room has a partially sloping ceiling and mountain views.
The four bedrooms all have individually controlled air conditioning units - great when its really hot. The air conditioning units also have reverse cycle heating facility, this is useful for the cooler evenings, early and late season.
If you need additional sleeping space, then the sofas in the lounge convert into either a kingsize double bed, or 2 single beds. Or alternatively, there are 2 fold-out beds available - these are great for kids.
A Cot and highchair are provided for infants (one). Although the villa can sleep a maximum of 10, a more comfortable maximum would be 8.
The villa has been newly and tastefully furnished and is now fully equipped and ready to use.
NB whilst the villa will sleep up to a maximum of 10, this ideally will include up to 8 adults with children making numbers up to 10. The villa is not really suitable for 10 adults.
The villa is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful area of Turkey. Fethiye is set in a pretty bay surrounded by pine-clad mountains and overlooking the 12 islands of the bay. It has a busy attractive harbour with excellent boat trips to be had day or night, plenty of good restaurants, and a weekly Tuesday market, to catch a bargain. Nearby is Olu Deniz, the famous nature reserve and beach. If youre looking for lively nightlife, Hisaronu is within easy reach of Fethiye.
Calis is a small, resort with a lovely promenade, complete with bars, restaurants and shops where you can spend many happy evenings watching the sun go down. There is a long, sand and shingle beach from where you can watch spectacular sunsets. A dolmus mini bus picks you up from the end of the road, near the villa, if you want to go into Fethiye, Hisaronu or Olu Deniz. From the beach area a regular Water Taxi service runs to Fethiye, where there are various boat trips on offer, including the wonderful 12 islands cruise.
NB The villa is situated is a mixed area of holiday and local houses, so you will/may hear noises from animals kept by locals, including cows, sheep, goats and chickens.

I was a bit worried when there didnt appear to be many recent reviews for this villa. We had booked another villa which was then sold prior to our holiday, so had to look around quickly for one to fit our booked flights.
We were due to arrive at 5AM, and the transfer booked by Tracey and Desree (who checked on us during the holiday and made sure we were ok) was there and waiting, and Peter the owner gave us the villa earlier, so we were able to move straight in - and not wait with our cases outside!
The villa had everything a party of 6 could ask for the kids wanted Wi-Fi which would of been handy, but it is such a short walk to the seafront and they soon had 20 Wi-Fi passwords, so could log on anytime! The bikes were handy to just nip off and get a loaf or milk, crossing what looked like quite a main road, but very easy to do! We booked trips out, very cheaply, and gave the Hotel Sevi as a pick up, which again, is just across the road and everyone knew where it was. The dolmus passes this point, and was used several times, again, great location to get everywhere from the villa.
The cockerels werent as bad as some people say, and I am a light sleeper! Pool man came in every day, sheets changed mid term, all amenities as described and all in good working order. I came back refreshed, and told my stand-in at work, who is intending to book the same place, so thats a recommendation!

Fantastic villa we had a great time Loads of room for or family of 4 and easy to get to the beach and bars. The bikes were used most days and came in really useful for the little shopping trips even though the red one only had 1 gear.
The Villa was really clean and the air con was needed during the hotter times. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to go to Turkey.
The daughter would love to strangle a few cockerels after this trip as they do tend to be quite loud but you do get used to them.
The one and only down side especially when you have two teenagers was the lack of English TV. (Even though DVDs are provided) Personally I thought it was great to have 2 weeks without it.
Communication with Peter was very good when we had questions during the booking process.
We booked the transfer and this worked like a dream, thanks to Tracy and Desiree for sorting the problem out with the safe, they were great.
Great time, Great Villa have no fear in booking this villa.

We were 2 mid fifties couples staying at the Villa Diana. The Villa was lovely and very well equipped. It is perfectly situated in a quiet rural area but such a short walk to the sea front. The ensuite bedroom is a lot smaller than the other double bedroom, the larger double has a travel cot and is right next door to the family bathroom which is lovely and houses the washing machine. The bar-b-q is a decent size (although the people before us hadnt cleaned it after use) We did clean it and left it that way for the next guests. There is a lot of outside furniture and there is plenty of shade or sunshine around the pool. The pool is around 5 foot all over maybe a bit less. There were a couple of things that we would have changed, one was the timers on the aircon, it was fine having a 1/2hr 1hr and 2hr timer for when we were getting ready to go out but at night when we put the 2hr timer on drifted off to sleep as soon as it stopped it woke us, then we got too hot so then one of us would get up and switch it back on and this was more or less every 2 hrs every night. We do realize that electricity is expensive but we would sooner have paid more for the villa just so that we could have set the aircon on 22c and left it on all night. I think heavy sleepers would be ok. The other was the fridge, the door was stiff and you had to make sure that you really pushed it shut but even though we did that the fridge defrosted itself twice, we didnt lose much food though.
If I was asked for any suggestions I would say that beach towels supplied would be good idea as they take up quite a lot of luggage space and weight that could be better utilised and I dont think it would cost that much.
All in all we had a fantastic holiday and we would stay in this villa again. We booked transfers and this was trouble free on both journeys. If you normally phone a land line while you are away go to NIL BAR on the front and ask for the land line phone and they let you call any land line free!

Lovely. Just what it says on the tin! Transfers from airport were very efficient and the villa was lovely. Any problems like a bedroom door locking were sorted asap by Desree and Tracy. The Villa itself was very well equipped. Probably a slow cooker would be a useful addition. We were a group of 9 - 7 adults and 2 children - and most were on a fixed budget so we cooked most nights. The shops nearer the beach were cheaper than the one on the main road. It was great to have so many outdoor areas at the villa to sit and enjoy the lovely weather. Plenty of sunbeds, tables and chairs to enjoy. There was also room for all of us to eat out together-a real bonus.
Peter let us stay at villa until 4pm on our departure date for which we were very grateful. Our flight wasnt til 9.45pm so we had a really long wait at one of the most expensive airports in the world. Luckily some of us had been there before so had food etc. The 5 hour wait did take the gloss off a little so prob storing cases and staying at Calis for couple more hours would have been better. I cannot fault the villa and would definitely use it if I go to Calis again. I love the wonderful mix of lovely villas with pools and all mod cons and the goats and cows tethered nearby!
I would recommend water taxi to Fethyie and a lovely fish chosen, cooked and eaten in the fish market. Also the boat trip organised by Desree and Tracy was great - food amazing! Thanks from us all.

We had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful villa - 4 adults and 4 children. It is well equipt and a great size. The bikes came in handy for nipping to the local shop, and there were even some pool toys there for the children to use. Air conditioning was great in the August sun! The villa is easy walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as the advert states, our 5 year old walked there and back no problem. Beautiful bay at the front, but be aware that the beach is shingle not sandy.

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa and found it to be very spacious for our family of seven.
There was plenty of kitchen equipment and furniture inside and out.
It would have been even better with WI Fi in the villa but we were able to connect at the beach each day.

it was our first villa holiday and could not have been more pleased with our stay, would recommend arranging the transfer with tracey and desree as ours was trouble free. the villa was lovely, plenty of room and comfortable, the pool was the highlight, a lovely size and very well maintained. the local shop had everything and was only about five minutes away. loved the dolmus bus service, very frequent and cheap. had two 18yr old girls in our party, but found the locals very respectful and where able to let them go off and enjoy themselves. calis is a lovely area and we would definately come back again.

there was 11 of us in our party ranging from 2-75. We all was very impressed with the villa. It was very clean and very well equiped. The steps in the pool broke while we was there, we rang tracey and desree, the swimming pool man came that same day to put in new ones. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The pool was cleaned dailey so was a joy to be in especially with the heat. The shops and bars was a 10min walk, but in temps of 40deg could have done with a shop 2mins away, but thats just me being lazy i guess.
Would definatley go back there again. The turkish neighbours were so friendly always giving us peppers and figs ect....
Where the villa was situated did see abit baron on arrival but it was so relaxing and quit it was a joy..
thankyou tracey and desree for making our holiday a happy one

From the trouble free booking of the villa through Villa- Renters, the very helpful and informative email from the owner, the professionalism of the transfer service, and the great welcome of the villa’s management, the holiday was on track to be enjoyable and stress free even before we were shown around the villa.
If you want a villa that has plenty of space – we were a party of 4 adults and a child and infant – a villa that is superbly equipped with everything you could need, is clean and very well furnished – including the lovely pool and garden furniture- and added to this is a mobile telephone for you to access the management team (their response was always immediate) the very helpful file which gives lots of local information including culture and custom, then without a doubt, Villa Diana is for you.
I am always a little suspicious of glowing reviews (are they friends of the owners?) but I am unable to find anything negative to say about our experience and by the way, we have never met the owner!.
The villa is exactly as described as is the location – if you want a home from home of ‘foreign Blackpool’ just visit Hisaronu – here at Villa Diana you can really feel part of the local community and the Turkish neighbours were very friendly –you will get used to the cockerel by day three honestly! Equally the location is accurately described and, though not in the epicentre of the holiday accommodation in Calis Beach, everything really is only a pleasant 10 minute walk away.
I really would recommend this villa to anyone and we will be booking again. Thank you all involved for a lovely memorable holiday.

First time abroad for a number of years and the booking couldnt have been simpler.
So reassuring to be met at the villa by tracey and desree to have the basics explained and very comforting to know they were only a text or call away.
The villa was lovely always a shady spot to keep out of the sun, plenty of loungers so didnt have to keep moving them around. Pool was super, I think my son started to grow flippers he was in it so much. Air conditioning provided much welcome relief from the heat. For a relaxing holiday by the pool is difficult to beat and the beach and restauraunts only a short walk away.
I would definitely recommend this to friends and hope to return, possibly when a little cooler to see some sights.

We had an amazing time at this villa. We were met at the Villa by Tracey and Desree who helped us throughout the week by booking us taxis, they couldnt have been more helpful. Any queries I had before the holiday were quickly answered via email.
The villa is in a a quiet location but it is very near to the beach and the bars and restaurants.
The villa was very clean when we arrived and pool was cleaned every other day.
We had an excellent time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and hope to visit again myself!

Fabulous! There is everything in Villa Diana that you could possibly need - it is definitely home from home.
VILLA - The villa is situated in a quiet residential area (apart from the cockerel who likes to wake you up in the morning!), approximately 10 minutes (slow walk) to the main promenade. Ladies - leave your high heels at home - the walk to the beach/prom is along loose stone paths - you will need to wear flat shoes/sandals or flip flops.
GROCERIES - There are plenty of supermarkets close by where you can stock up on essentials - or BBQ food. Tariqs, which is nearest the villa is very cheap for milk, water, Efes beer and wine and the Melissa Market for fruit and vegetables and other groceries.
RESTAURANTS - There is an abundance of places to eat in Calis - our favourite restaurants were Bella Mammas (pizzas/lasagne etc), Mimoza (very cheap Sunday roast including Apple Pie for 14TL - approximately £5.80), Lilys Steak and Grill and Chinese Breeze.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Tracey and Desree will sort out any problems you may have and are only a phone call/text away. A mobile phone is available for your use whilst in the villa.
TRIPS - This is our second time in Turkey and therefore we did not go on any sightseeing tours. However, Tracey and Desree did organise a fishing trip for us. This was a fantastic day out and we were looked after extremely well - lots of food available at lunchtime and homemade chocolate cake for afternoon tea!
There is a waterpark in Calis (albeit a very small one), probably best for younger children rather than teenagers.
SHOPPING - There is a market on a Sunday in Calis - our first attempt at finding it was aborted as we couildnt find it anywhere. However, on our second attempt we were more successful (after asking about 4 locals how to get there!). Its very similar to the Fethiye market. Fethiye market is on a Tuesday - we went by water taxi (4TL per person each way (approx £1.70).
MONEY EXCHANGE - best to take £s and exchange in Calis - the exchange rate in August was 2.40TL to the £. Travellers Cheques/cash can be exchanged in most shops in Calis.
WEATHER - the weather was superb - very hot with a wonderful breeze.
BOOKING EXPERIENCE - One of the easiest holiday bookings I have ever made. Thank you Peter for answering all my queries so promptly and making the initial booking so simple. The transfers organised by Tracey and Desree were perfect - the taxi firm were waiting just outside the airport and Tracey and Desree met us at the Villa and gave us a guided tour. The taxi arrived promptly on the day of our departure and we were at Dalaman in plenty of time for our flight back to the UK.
I would highly recommend Villa Diana and Calis to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, family holiday. The nightlife is really about having a nice meal, watching the sun set and chilling out with family and friends.

We are all back in Sunny England now it looks as if we have brought back some of the beautiful weather we had in Turkey. We had the most fantastic time at the Villa Diana it was absolutely gorgeous. It was so easy from the time we stepped off the plain, being met at the airport and taken to the door of the Villa. The girls were there to meet us, their welcome was overwhelming they were just so helpful and friendly. There was everything we needed at this beautiful Villa from hair dryers, Iron even down to a washing machine. It was sheer luxury to laze around our own pool during the day and enjoy a family barbeque in the evening. The vast beach with its bars and shops were just 10 minuets walk away, which we spent many a day playing in the sea with our six year old grand daughter. The Local people were so friendly and eager to help in anyway we had many a homeruns moment with each other over language, but we soon learnt a few common Turkish words. There was plenty to do especially if you felt like you want to venturing out of Callis as the buses and ferry boats were just so cheep and easy to use. We can all highly recommend Villa Diana and Callis for a perfected holiday the only thing we regret is that we should had booked a longer stay

We had a fantastic holiday and would not even let a couple of days rain spoil it.
A beautiful villa based near the local area of Calis, and only a 10 minute walk to the main area of Calis Beach. It has been well stocked, which made it seem like a home from home.
The locals are friendly and helpful, and the supermarkets which are only 5 minutes away stock everything that you need for a week.
Fethiye is nearby, where there are loads of shops that can definitely keep you occupied on a rainy day.
I suggest that all those that stay there go to the Calis Market on a Sunday morning to stock up on your veggies, etc. for the week as the food there is grown locally and very reasonable.

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped, the pool is wonderful and there is plenty of room for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. The terraces are ideal for eating outside, providing a welcome shaded area.
There were 7 adults in our party and we found the villa suitably spacious with plenty of storage space. The roof terrace of the patio bedroom on the top floor was an additional bonus.
The neighbours are very friendy, being a mixture of turkish and european.
The nearby shops can provide for all your needs.
There were plenty of things to do, with the prom and beach, with its array of bars and restaurants being only a 10 minute stroll. At the Kum City Beach club you can use their loungers/umbrellas for free as long as you buy drinks/food there.
The highlight of our holiday was the private day long boat trip, organised by Howard - the very helpful local agent. This cost of only 250ytl was was great value, which includes wonderful food provided throughout the day, with great swimming opportunties.
We would certainly recommend a dolmus trip to Olu Deniz, to visit the fantastic beaches and lagoon. Here the more adventurous can parasail down from the top of mount Babadag.
There are planty of trips available, information available in a folder, kindly provided by the villa owners.
Overall we would certainly recommend Villa Diana and Calis, and plan to return next year.

Villa Diana is situated towards the end of Calis in a quiet area 10 mins walk from the main prom where there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, The buses ‘dolmus’ is about a five minute walk and your never have to wait long. The Villa itself was as described well furnished with all the comforts of home, clean, tidy and well looked after by the agents Howard, Val & Staff 5 star. With a local shop nearby and just a little further across the main road there is a new mini market just opened supplies are no problem. There were 8 of us in total, ‘2 families' staying in the villa with no problem of space. The highlight for us our own boat trip ask Howard or Val to arrange one for you, It was a great day out, well recommended. There is a street market every week in Calis check out the info available in the Villa for which days just a short Dolmus ride away. There’s lots to do if you want, on the other hand the villa is relaxing and quiet.

Villa Diana definately met all of our holiday expectations - and more! It is modern, clean, spacious, well equiped and provided us with a very relaxing 'home from home' holiday venue. We were made very welcome and at ease.
The location of Villa Diana gave us the flexibility to easily do something different each day as & when we wanted to. We chilled-out around the lovely private pool, took short walks into Calis itself (to enjoy either the beach, restuarants or shops), caught the frequent Dolmus into Fethiye or beyond and explored the semi rural neighbourhood around Villa Diana, meeting the very friendly locals.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiay at Villa Diana. The after dark star-gazing from Villa Diana's peaceful roof-top open-air balcony (& watching the moon sitting atop the Fethiye mountains) was a memorable finale at the end of each day. We will definately be returning to Villa Diana for another visit very soon!
Lovely clean villa. Easy walking distance to beach (10 mins). Quiet apart from the cockrels!! - views magnificant from the back of the villa.
Woud definitely recommend. May sleep 10 but I think 8 people would be more comfortable
The property was well situated making access to all sights and supply facilities easy. The Villa is modern well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Would not hesitate to recommend it to any potential guest.
Villa Diana was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, it had all the facilities we needed and it had breathtaking views of the mountains. We had thunderstorms during our stay, but because we had such fanctastic accommodation even with 2 young children the weather didnt spoil our time in Turkey. It was a fantastic holiday, the area was perfect, close to the beach and the town, easy access from the Villa to the Dolmus route and cant wait to return to Turkey. This was one of the best holidays we have enjoyed altogether, I would recommend the area and Villa Diana to anyone.
Would just like to pick up on the latest review, wewere prob the visitors before you and the broken pool toys were there also when we arrived, we did not use the barbie due to it being a little old, we found the cooker was just as good. Not sure whos responsibility it is to remove broken pool items.
Neither of these spoilt our hiol though either would return like a flash if we were a large party, the loclals next door were lovley kept passing us home grown veg, the last lot which we could not possibley bring home with us so left them for next visitors/Tracey Desree.
Visited Villa Diana with friends, a total of 4 adults, 3 children and 2 teenagers, the villa was fantastic, we all fitted with plenty of space left. The location was great, close to the beach and resturants but also close to the locals so we got to see reall turkish life.
The villa was clean and well furnished, the only thing that I was disappointed with was the bbq (not clean) and broken pool toys left by the pool from previous visitors!!!
The pool was fantasic, the children and adults alike had lots of fun, the shaded area provided a great relief from the midday heat. We went on a private boat trip with Ali organised by Tracy and Desree it was fantasic value for money highly recommend, if you are considering the markets do it early in the day the heat was toomuch by 11am!!!! Would also highly recommend the Mimozza Bar/resturant, food was great and Apache kept the children amused. Fantastic villa in a great location with all the mod cons you could possibly need.
Trouble free booking, transfers arranged by Tracy and Desree, fantastic.
We went as a family of 7 for two weeks, first time ever been in a villa. Will definatley be back. The villa is absoluyley fantiastic and more than met our expectations, very well equiped. Kids loved the pool.
Thank you for a fantastic holiday.
We are a family of four including two teenage children. The size of the villa allowed everyone their own space, but was not too big that we felt remote from each other.
Lcation was perfect for us, away from the main town in a turkish residential area. We particular liked being away form other tourists,( just a similar villa next door). The villa is a very slow 10 minute stroll from the main area of Callis Beach:the restaurants and beach. The villa has excellent faciltiessky tv and dvds, washing machine and dish washer. The best thing of all was the beautiful pool. We all loved it! (Beds are comfy too!)
Plenty to do in the area-white water rafting paragliding, jeep safari, boat trips, shopping- our 14 year old daughter said it was her best ever holiday! We had a really, really lovely holiday.
We were well looked after whilst we were there: any help was just a text or phone call away.
This holiday was definately value for money and we would all recommend Villa Diana as a great place to stay.
The villa itsel is big enough (though there were only of 4 of us but looks ok for bigger parties), in perfect condition and well furnitured. We found everything we need for accomodaition and relax near the pool. Swiming pool and area maintained daily and in perfect state. There is plenty of space to park a car outside the villa. Beach is nearby - 7-10 mins walk even with babies pram and no climbing on the way. We found planty of restaurants, bars, beach facilities there. Howard/Val is ready to help any time and the first day provisioning trip to Tansash is perfect idea when you do not want to hire a car from the first days or at all!
We spent 2 beautiful weeks on Villa Dianna and definitly recommend it to our friends.
I have never come across such a stress-free accomodation booking as I have done with Villa Diana and all thanks to Pete's efforts. The early-bird discounts are of excellent value for big parties!
Sadly I had to cancel at the last minute due to unavoidable party cancellations so never had the pleasure of enjoying the villa. However, I hope to be able to stay at Villa Diana in my future visits to Calis.
I will not hesistate to recommend to anyone Villa Diana/Pete.
Villa Diana is situated in just the right place, 5 mins walk from the main prom where there are lots of nice resturants and bars. The Villa itself was just as described, clean, tidy and well looked after by Howard and Val who are excellent hosts and can't do enough for you. The local shop which is 2 mins walk has the essentials. The tours and trips out are brilliant fun and i would recommend the Daylan mud baths to everyone. We had a great time with our 4 teenage sons who never got bored and had loads to do. We intend to return soon on our own for a quieter time!
Absolutely brilliant property - well equipped and beautifully furnished. Had a great holiday and well looked after by local letting agent.
Would highly recommend!

Hello there Peter We had a lovely time in Chalis beach and in the villa. Thank you very much for giving us the money to re-stock the fridge, this was very much appreciated and we were glad that we were not without it for too long. we thought the villa was very nice and comfortable, I believe my daughter and her friend watched almost all the DVDs so having a DVD player was great for the teenagers! The air conditioning units were fantastic and the best we have had in the villas we have stayed in. The beds were also very comfortable, we slept really well! Chalis beach was actually better than we had anticipated, and the front of shops and restaurants was great, we really enjoyed our evenings and met some very welcoming warm people in the bars and reastaurants. It was my daughters 16th birthday whilst we were away and the U2 bar made such an effort we were really touched as it was unexpected, we hadn't actually gone there to eat, we just went for drinks but they brought out a cake and let some fireworks off and put on a little show! We prefered Olu deniz in the day because of the beach but we felt that Chalis beach was very friendly in the evenings and we never went anywhere else in the evenings apart from Fethiye and Hisaranou a couple of times. the whole area is great and the dolmus service is so good! Our favourite small supermarket to purchase drinks and biscuits etc was the one on the front, with steps leading down to it (I can't remember what it was called) but the owner was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Val and Howard's service was excellent. I thought that her taking you to the supermarket and showing us around the resort on the first day was a brilliant idea as she was able to point out some places, they were both very friendly and helpful and we felt that we could have contacted them about anything, which is very reassuring when you are abroad. We actually have never stopped in a villa that has a management team and I have to say that I would definately want there wherever we go in the future. we came back and felt very depressed because we had had such a good time - we even said that we would go back in September for a week!! Thank you once again for allowing us to stay in your villa and we wish you all the best and every success in your future lettings. Kind regardsLynne (from Banbury)
