Beautiful villa in the touristic area of North Hammamet, close to a beautiful sandy beach.
The villa is situated in villa zone, calm, nearly 100 m to a beautiful and sandy beach. It is surrounded by a small garden planted with grass and some local plants.
The villa is divided in two separate floors communicating each other. Each floor contains three bedrooms (including one with a queen bed), dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and a rest room. The private capacity of each floor is 6 persons. The living room of the first floor has three sofas where could sleep three extra persons and the living room of the second floor has three sofas were could sleep two extra persons.
Each floor could be rent separately or all the villa could be rent together. The shwon prices are for the ground floor. The 1st floor is 20% off, and for all the villa it would be the addition of the two amounts -10%.
From another side, the first floor has a private studio for more guests in case of need. The standing of the studio is lower than the standing of the villa. The capacity of the studio is two persons.
