This quiet and safe gated community gives you both comfort and peace of mind. It is located 15 mins from the airport and 40 mins from the capital city.

The property is walking distance to Shops of Arima which has a variety of local restaurants including, Indian, local cuisine, Chinese and fast food. There is a coffee shop, a bakery and sandwich shop for a variety of breakfast items. The Shops also houses a sports bar and a casino for night life entertainment as well as a few clothing and souvenir shops.

There a few supermarkets as well as pharmacies located close by. A petrol/gas station is just down the street, with a 7/11 type convenience store, which sells a variety of local food items, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks and household items. Our famous Linda's bakery is also located within the convenience store and is always stocked daily with freshly made breads,cakes,pastries and sandwiches.

The main town of Arima is 12 mins away and has some vibrant night life, shopping and many services.

A short 5 minutes drive from Arima takes you to the Blanchisseurs/North Coast Road which takes adventurous travellers on a picturesque journey to many beautiful beaches along the coast.

If you are driving you will be on the main highway within minutes of leaving home. This gives you easy access to all parts of the island.
