House overview - owner's description

Situated in the Sanctuary estate in Plai Laem in the north east of our tropical island, Villa Nandina is beautiful and modern with three double bedrooms, two sharing en suite and one stand alone ensuite, with a guest restroom downstairs.
Choeng Mon beach is two minutes by car, 15-20 minutes to walk.
The modern ground floor layout is open aspect with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, leading through to the lounge and outside terrace and private pool. There is an additional covered outdoor dining area and bar.
Just relaxing in private, home entertaining or simply used as a base to explore Samui, this is an ideal and relaxing villa that comes fully air conditioned.

The lounge is furnished with a white L-shape sofa, a 55” 3D TV with surround-sound and satellite channels.
The western-style, modern kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and the dining area seats six. The three bedrooms, with king-size beds, built-in wardrobes, matching bedside cabinets, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, are on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a built-in electronic personal safe and en-suite bathroom with rain shower; and the other two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom with rain shower.

Plai Laem is the ideal location, home of the Big Buddha, Samui's most popular tourist attraction, and Wat Plai Laem, a Buddhist temple compound; just 10 minutes by car to Fisherman’s Village, the original French settlement that plays host to the local Walking Street Night Market every Friday evening; 10 minutes by car
to Chaweng, offering Samui's longest and most popular beach, as well as the largest concentration of restaurants, bars, shops and lively night life; and 10 minutes from Koh Samui airport.
Within walking distance of the villa are a number of street restaurants and bars. Choeng Mon features
wide sandy beaches, with a selection of beach restaurants and bars offering beautiful night views over the bay and the main village street is awash with shops, massage spas, cocktail bars and restaurants.
The rate includes cleaning, a change of linen and towels twice a week, water and wi-fi, but excludes electricity which is charged at the rate of 6 THB per unit. Please note that payment for electricity should be made in Thai Baht, on check-out. A security deposit of 200 GBP or equivalent currency will be collected on arrival and be refunded, all being well, on departure.
