With breathtaking views, stunning beaches to head off and explore, uninterrupted privacy, and a whole host of shops and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away, we know you’ll never want to leave.
The world-renowned Nai Harn Beach is as little as a 7-minute drive away if you want to have some fun in the sun. And for those days where all you want to do is put your feet up and relax, our English-speaking in-house maid is at your service whenever you need her. She even holds a massage certificate from Wat Pho in Bangkok – just what you need when it’s time to pamper yourself.
The Space
The beauty of your new home away from home is the exclusive location which offers the best of privacy and quiet on the one hand, and quick and easy access to all the local sites and amenities on the other.
With 1600 m2 of land offering a pristine 600 m2 living area, you’ll have everything you need to get away from it all like never before. Whether you choose to enjoy the tropical garden, take a dip in the 14 m saltwater pool, or relax in the shade with some Netflix on the 50” TV is up to you.
Our goal is to make life as easy as possible, which is why we include high speed fibre internet, a gardener, pool cleaning services, and complimentary towels and cleaning before and after your stay. You can even order in food from our partner restaurant, or a whole host of the other international restaurants nearby, if you feel like taking a break from the cooking. Once your food arrives you can sit back and enjoy some new culinary delights whilst listening to some music on our stunning new sound system.
Once it’s time to put your head down for the night you’ll have the choice of 4 ensuite rooms, each with air conditioning for the perfect night’s sleep. The fourth bedroom on the top floor even comes complete with private roof terrace so you can enjoy spectacular views of the palm trees in Rawai, and the neighbouring islands. Perfect for putting your feet up on one of the luxurious outdoor sofas as you sip a drink at sunset.
For those of you who love to cook, we’ve purpose built a western style kitchen with marble counters, kitchen island, and a breakfast corner. Inside you’ll find a very large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, stove, microwave, toaster, all your dishes and utensils, and a blender. Just what you need to enjoy cooking with some incredible fresh local ingredients.
Getting Around
Most of our guests choose to rent a car or scooter to get the most out of their time here. And for those occasions when you feel like stretching your legs; scooter rental stores, shops, and restaurants can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.

A Villa With Peace of Mind
Like most of the luxury villas in Phuket, we charge electricity at the cost price of 5THB per unit. That means you never pay a penny more than you need to, and you can enjoy the benefits of our cooling AC whenever you feel like it. For added peace of mind all bedrooms are equipped with electronic safes in notebook format, and an unobtrusive security camera is located in the villa’s entrance area.
