The distinction between interior and exterior spaces is beautifully blurred, with huge open living areas covered yet open to the wonderful sea air, and relaxing water features and vibrant foliage throughout.

The main living space comprises an enormous seating area for the whole group with panoramic sea views! The dining area sits alongside this, and to the far side is the delightful, fully equipped kitchen with a huge breakfast bar. There's a centralised sound system throughout the villa for when it's time to get the party started!

You're truly spoilt for entertainment with an enormous private cinema for up to 20 people where you can get cosy and relax in style. Beside this is the games room, with a pool table, table football and table tennis set, retro arcade games, PlayStation, XBOX, Wii and even a bar! Giving you the ideal late-night entertainment spot.

For a memorable workout, get your sweat on in your commercial grade private gym with a full-size boxing ring, a full range of Life Fitness and Hammer-strength equipment, free weights, a matted area and more! More relaxing pursuits can be enjoyed in your private spa room and yoga spaces.

There are seven incredible double bedrooms in total. Each room offers total privacy and comfort, with plenty of space, spacious seating areas, a desk and a huge TV to enjoy your favourite shows in peace. All seven rooms have direct access to your beautiful garden, so you can wake up with the sunshine and soak up the fresh morning air as you wander through the flourishing plants and flowers right outside your bedroom!

Each room is accompanied by an equally mesmerising ensuite bathroom, including a variety of rain showers and oversized bathtubs. For an extra-special touch, there's even a Jacuzzi in five of the bedrooms! An extra bed and a cot are available should you require them.

On top of all of this luxury, your private garden may be the cherry on the cake! First, there is the rooftop sun deck, with a 25m infinity pool with underwater speakers, a poolside BBQ and tons of loungers and cosy beds overlooking these unforgettable sea views! There's a bar here to ensure you'll never be without a cool, crisp beverage to refresh you in the warm glow of the Thai heat!

For that little extra fun, there's a half basketball court and an outdoor trampoline, as well as a children's pool to ensure the kids can have as much for as you! The many layers of terraces are utterly charming, with endless chill-out zones with comfy chairs and all with the same sublime views!

In addition to these incredible facilities, your Villa Manager will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay, including coordinating staff and booking extra services, including sports like Muay Thai boxing, windsurfing or diving, arranging massages, boat trips, a Thai chef to prepare local delicacies, excursions, babysitting, restaurant reservations and more.

Housekeeping for laundry and general tidying is provided each day, so you can put your feet up and relax! The resort also benefits from uniformed security 24 hours a day
