Modern 2 bedroom open plan end town house on luxury secure resort, 125 sq meter build, bedroom 1 has king size bed en suite with bath and shower, balcony over looks the 2 tiered swimming pool and waterfall, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, en suite with shower, and balcony overlooks a lovely coconut orchard, fully equipped European spec kitchen, includes fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, hob, microwave, oven, extractor, all utensils pots pans plates etc, iron and ironing board, free wifi throughout the property, open living area has 42" wall mounted TV, satellite system, DVD, large 3 seater black leather sofa, coffee table and TV console. House is located in the very popular Choeng Mon which is considered to have one, if not the nicest beach on this beautiful tropical island. Front door to beach is 900 meters, an easy 10 minute stroll, Choeng mon gardens is a new build completed in December 2013, good accommodation and suitable for 4 adults with room for cot, he resort has large on site car park, 24hour security, a 2 tiered enormous swimming pool, top pool is shallow and child friendly, a waterfall cascades into the main pool that goes from 1.2 to 2 meters deep . Plenty of free sun shades and loungers on large sand washed decked area. Beautiful gardens that are now maturing.
