One Problem...! Having a short stay at the Chalet was probably the best holiday (long or short) that I have had for a while. The chalet was comfortable, roomy and had a real 'home' feel to it. The communal area was extra special, as it needs to be spending most of our time there whilst at the chalet, where we would discuss the highs, lows and falls of the day over a beer or two whist cooking. The chalet has everything you need and being only a short walk to the piste was perfectly located.  The area of Villars didn't seem to hit the buttons for me when it was initially booked but wow.....so quiet on the pistes and friendly compared to the likes of the popular French resorts and with great snow I will definitely be returning. The one problem with the entire holiday.....it was only a short break and not a long one!

A skiing Dream! This was our 8th year staying in Saint Piran and it never disappoints. Having gone from big group holidays to skiing with a baby, it has facilities to suit all groups. The living space and kitchen allow for lovely, social evenings; and the bedrooms are really luxurious. We have spent many an evening nestled in front of the fire with a drink! The resort is great for all skiers, beginners and experts, and is very family friendly. If you’re not into skiing, there are nice shops, cafes and a fantastic spa at the local health centre. The resort is walkable with a pram and kids can easily get up the mountain on the train. We have visited in Jan, Feb and March over the years, and have always had decent snow. The location is not too far from Geneva airport, and also accessible by train, which is a lovely experience.

Can I move in?! I absolutely loved the interior design of chalet Saint Piran and wanted to move in immediately! Practically, it offered everything we needed and this combination of ‘useable beauty’ facilitated an easy, stress-free stay whereby we didn’t feel like we had to tip toe around- it all feels very ‘solid’ yet stylish. Having been pre-warned that Switzerland was very expensive I was pleasantly surprised at prices of, for example, a cheeky beer at a mountain bar or even just a cup of coffee. Favourably comparable to the popular French resorts. In fact, in general we felt as though we were getting more for our money: the relative quiet of the resort means short queues for lifts, sometimes no wait at all, plenty of space on the pistes- which worked brilliantly for me being a slightly nervous skier who likes her space! You don’t have to jostle for a deck chair for some lunch time snow bathing (!) and the whole ambience is just quite serene. It’s my new favourite place and by far the nicest place I’ve skied. I’m returning in 2020 for a cross-country ski adventure, woo hoo!

Beautiful summer mountain retreat! We are a multi-generational family (ages 8-75) and stayed for 10 days in July. It is the perfect spot to explore the Alps and offers something for everyone. Easy access to the ski lifts and train allowed for hiking/ walking and enjoying the amazing mountain views. The chalet is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful part of the town but is easy to find. It truly feels like 'home away from home.' Our daughter especially like the 'Heidi' bedroom on the top floor and my parents appreciated the bedroom at ground level. The chalet has everything needed for a fantastic summer mountain vacation. We will definitely be going back!

Cosy but Spacious! Short walk to the telecabin and Bar L’Arrivee for Apres Ski! Lovely bedrooms & a great communal living area. It’s spotlessly clean and has everything you’d want for a ski holiday.

Exceptional, characterful chalet in a stunning location close to the slopes. This is a beautifully and thoughtfully renovated chalet with masses of character. The bedrooms and bathrooms are stylish and extremely comfortable. The open plan kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the deceptively spacious living area is enhanced by a welcoming open fire. St Piran is perfectly equipped as a ski chalet with plenty of storage room for skis, boots etc. The mountain views are spectacular and it is a short walk to access the piste and then a short ski down to the main lift. We definitely hope to return next year!
