Jasmine apartments are in a fantastic location, overlooking the Eiger. The views from the balconies are awesome. The apartment is very spacious and clean, with contemporary furnishings. The village of Grindelwald is very near by and although we had read that there was a very steep slope up to the village, we didnt find it a problem, and we have a 1 year old daughter! The Manager Monica was very friendly and helpful. She ensured that we had a cot already made up for our arrival and that we had the loan of a highchair. If I was to make any suggestion at all, it would be that we would have benefited from the use of a microwave, but that is just because its easy to warn the babys milk and food. The laundry facilities are really good. Its a really great place for familes and those with young children too. We had a wonderful holiday and there is so much to do and see in the area. Thank you!

We were completely satisfied with the property and the location was stunning. Monica couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. Only one niggle, contrary to what the website said, there was no hairdryer. Could have been a problem but we brought our own by mistake.
All in all, a wonderful holiday in a wonderful appartment.
So sorry there was no hairdryer, as you say there absolutley should have been one in the apartment as we state on the website. I have emailed Monica to find out where it is!

We would especially like to thank Monica who was more than helpful. Jose hope your hand gets better soon. Appartment was lovely and clean and all we required was in the appartment. Kids enjoyed the appartment as well. An oustanding view of the Eiger and well within walking distance of the town centre and shopping. Will definately be recommending Grindelwald and the Jungfrau Appartments. Thank you for making our stay very, very enjoyable.

It was as we expected: clean, great view, lifts to mountain walks within walking distance. We had a great time. Especially, the service by the housekeeper was friendly and always helpful. She made the difference in having a comfortable and worryless holiday!
The apartment was great. centrally located and well equipped. The onsite manager D was really helpful and always ready to assist in any way possible.
We had an incredible time in Grindelwald this January and found the Jasmine apartments to be outstanding. The entire scenery captured from our verandah and living area was one of intense beauty with mountains everywhere we looked and the space within the apartment was huge. It is a short walk uphill to the main street but D and his wife were willing to drive us up there each morning and provide us with helpful advice and assistance. Loved the place and would definitely recommend it to others as outstanding value for money.
Excellent staff and well clean nice veiw i will come back to jasmin next year insaa allah
I will be coming back to the same jasmin next year insaa allah
An ideal place to stay for our short ski holiday. Clean, light, nicely furnished and a brilliant view. Close enough to the centre of town to stroll in and out with ski kit. Diamud very helpful with lifts to ski facilities and general guidance. Nice selec tion of DVDs for the evening. Overall a great place to stay and we hope to return
Fantastic location - easy to walk to the main street of Grindelwald and to Grindelwald Grund for access to cable cars and the cog railway stunning views. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Very responsive and friendly manager - we had a small problem with the apartment on arrival and the manager, D, immediately took responsibility and resolved it for us. Highly recommended.
Lovely apartment, modern and clean with a fantastic view of the north face of the Eiger. Exellent location close to the town/train station. Owners were really helpful. The satellite TV was a bit temperamental, but there was a DVD player and a good selec tion of films to choose from. The only complaint we have is that on our arrival we had to pay a visitors tax (about £50) that wed not been told about when booking, but other than that we had a perfect stay, would certainly stay again!
Second year running staying at the Jasmine, the apartments are lovely, clean and well decorated. The service from Monica and Jose is second to none always so willing to help and make sure your stay is a wonderful experience.
I loved the addition of a welcome basket of tea coffe and chocolate this year - an excellent idea.
Only one minor issue, and it really is minor, the choice of beds in the twin rooms in the apartments make it impossible to push them together to make a double if that is your wish.
Nice apartment, great view and good location. Clean and comfortable.
The apartment is very spacious and has a magnificent view of the North Face of the Eiger. Generally the apartment is well equipped and furnished, but the kitchen is not as well equipped.
