NOVASOL Holiday Apartment, Regina, offers a magnificent, panoramic view of the mountains. This holiday home is in a central location at the midst of the idyllic village called Grächen. Different restaurants, shopping centres and post office are located at a walkable distance from the apartment. This holiday home is on the third floor of a building with several dwelling units. The NOVASOL Holiday Home, Regina (ZWA011) is in the same building. You can have a comfortable stay in this home measuring 60 square metres. The living room as well as two bedrooms and kitchen are completely furnished with wood. Additionally, there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. In addition to the usual furnishings, this apartment offers a TV, satellite radio, wireless internet, coffee machine and vacuum cleaner. Rejoice in the sun and fresh mountain air from the balcony while enjoying a drink. Children can run around and play in the newly built playground located just 350 metres away from the house. You can also try snow shoeing in one of the five snow shoe trails that run for durations between 30 minutes and close to 3 hours.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
