Casa Hannah has a fully enclosed conservatory at the front of the property that has sliding doors that open completely to form a cover terrace. Inside this there is a dining table with six chairs, a bench and a sofa all complemented with Ficas trees.
From here the main front door leads into a hallway with the open plan living room and dining room to the right. The living room is comfortably arranged around a log fire and contains sattilite tv, video, stereo, books, cds, videos and air-conditioning with patio doors leading down to the pool area. The house has been equipped with Wi-Fi so you can keep upto date.
To the right of this is the dining room that seats six people with ease and has an archway leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen also provides a dishwasher and has a utility room with washing machine. To the right there is a door leading out onto another patio that has been designed for al fresco dining and includes BBQ.
From the hallway and turning left are the bedrooms with the first door to the right leading to a twin room that has floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes. The next door on the right is another twin room again with floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes one of which contains a safe for all your valuables. The first door on the left is the main bathroom which contains both shower and bath as well as a large sink unit with drawers and vanity mirror, bidet and toilet. The second to the left is the master bedroom that provides a king size double bed and a large freestanding wardrobe. The last door at the end of the hallway takes you into the second bathroom, that we decided not to make into an en-suite even though it lends itself to it, which contains a shower, toilet and sink unit again floor to ceiling with drawers and vanity mirror. All bedrooms are equipped with large ceiling fans.
The villa comes equipped with central heating throughout and large water deposit that can supply you with water even if the mains are off for about a week.

Outside the villa.
Casa Hannah comes with over 3000m2 of land and is fully enclosed with large gates at the bottom of the driveway making it very secure. It has three separate terraces, one around the swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs. There is another to the front of the property outside the conservatory that has two cushioned loungers and a large parasol, this is fully enclosed and gated so that the children can be left to themselves without worry. Lastly, one more terrace to the side with access into the kitchen that has dining table with chairs, parasol and built-in BBQ.
The driveway is fully lit and has a turning point to the left so there is no need to reverse all the way out. This is surrounded by professionally designed gardens that include multiple paths threading through leading to a picnic area in the middle.
The swimming pool itself is sunken by 1 metre from the surrounding patios to create a suntrap and is in an enclosed gated area for child safety. It is tended once a week to keep it crystal clear and has a dolphin motif in the centre with built-in tiled stairs leading in making it perfect for small children and those unsure on there feet.

Around the villa.
As with most villas in Spain, it is necessary to hire a car for this property as the nearest restaurant is 5 minutes drive away. This of course is very close when driving but would take around 20 minutes on foot and it would be uphill on the way back.
Within 5 minutes drive there are no less than 15 restaurants and a number of bars as well as the local supermarket which caters for all your daily necessities. For those looking for a larger choice of food, the Eroski Centre is only 20 minutes drive away and includes clothes stores, restaurants, fast food, cinema and much more.
The beach at Torre del Mar is also only 20 minutes away and is seldom crowded, except in August. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and also a market every Thursday. The promenade has recently been given a facelift and now boasts more gardens and bike paths.
The nearest golf course is within 20 minutes and is beautifully laid out with the sea as the backdrop.
Closer to the villa, within 10 minutes, there is the beautiful Lake Vinuela which has a number of walks for the more energetic or lots of picnic areas to simply relax for the day.

A larger than expected villa in a fantastic setting. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The pool was one of the best features and essential in high temperatures. The only one niggle we had concerns the air conditioning. It is only a very small unit and not particularly useful in such a large living area. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms gave a little relief to the the exceptionally high night time temperatures. I think the information on the airconditioning should be more informative. However we returned to the UK having had a superb holiday.

The location of the villa is fantastic if you want a "get away from it all" holiday. The villa itself is spacious and very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming when we arrived and the owners had thoughtfully put a few essentials in the fridge which was lovely. The pool was clear and cool and the gardens have been well looked after with fruit trees and flowers everywhere. Although there are other villas nearby the garden is quite private. The views from the villa are simply stunning. A car is essential when staying at the villa as although there is a little town within walking distance there is so much more to see. Our only grumble is that when we were there in August it was VERY hot and the air conditioning unit wasnt really big enough to make much difference to the temperature. We sorted that out though by staying near the pool! This villa was a real home from home which we all enjoyed and would love to return to.

An excellent property, superbly furnished with all that you could need. The setting was spectacular, overlooking a wonderful mountain range. My only quibble was that to access the property required a drive of some 3km along a poor road that was awkward in places when vehicles were coming the other way. The owners were exceptionally friendly, especially Tony in helping us to sort out problems with the water and TV. I would strongly recommend this property - certainly a great retreat from the stresses of normal life - would definately consider renting it again.
A first class villa that felt more like staying in someones home than a holiday rental. Great pool and an ideal getaway from it all location.
Excellent villa with stunning views. Everything was provided within the villa and the gardens were lovely. The outside space and pool were perfect areas for a lovely relaxing holiday. There was plenty to see and do within easy reach. We will definitely be returning.
A very extensively equipped villa in a wonderfully private position. If you want to relax in peaceful surrondings this is the place!
1st class villa that exceeded all expectations
First of all, the photos on this web site do not do justice to the Villa. It is bigger and much more attractive than these photos depict and certainly has the 'wow' factor when you drive up to it. The villa is very well equipped with large rooms throughout and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need with lots of crockery and a large fridge if you stock up on food in the supermarket on your way from the airport (If you plan on using the dishwasher, take some dishwasher tablets with you). If you do have bad weather, there are British terrestrial channels available on the TV and lots of books and videos thoughtfully left for guests. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning and watching the moon rise over the mountains was breathtaking. This has got to be the most relaxing way to holiday, lots of peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings in a very comfortable villa. The are only two drawbacks we can comment on. Firstly, the fact that the pool is not heated, this would have been a godsend for our stay in December as the weather was very warm but the pool was icy. The other being the very scary drive down from the villa, the last few yards before the road are at a very steep angle. However, this would certainly not put us off returning ourselves or recommending the villa to others. It is an absolute gem!!
