This 1 bedroom apartment is simply great! It makes you feel totally at home and comfortable. The large living room has plenty of seating and a dining area for 4. You can sit back and enjoy the UK satellite television at night and just relax. The large American style kitchen is fully fitted to service any catering requirements you may have. It has a huge family bathroom and the double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The apartment is located on the outside of the plaza with views over the 1st hole of the Villamartin Golf Course, so no noise!!! You can enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises or a romantic glass of vino before you set off downstairs to one of the many restaurants or bars on the Villamartin Plaza. The location is perfect though with all forms of entertainment below and over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from so no need for a car, everything is on your doorstep!

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!
This fantastic apartment is located on the Villamartin Plaza which offers more than you can imagine. The plaza is home to several top class restaurants as well as many other eateries suiting all taste, bars for whatever you may fancy, from Irish bars to sports bars, banks, doctors and a supermarket. There is a bus service and taxi rank as well so no need to hire a car with public transport at hand. If you visit during the summer months there is fantastic entertainment in the central plaza in the evening free to all, from local artists to named artists in Spain. For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be. There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive . In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are the local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.

For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in the region is just a few minutes away.
