The apartment consists of a large lounge, American kitchen with seperate utility, 2 Bedrooms and a modern bathroom. outside there is a terrace, a front garden and also a rear garden which backs on to the communal pool.
The apartment has a lounge with 2 sofas a tv , airconditioning and ceiling fan. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bedroom number one has a double bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, airconditioning and direct access to the rear garden. Bedroom number 2 has 2 single beds, a wardrobe a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a full size bath, shower, bidet and basin and is fully tiled.
To the front of the property is a terrace with a table and four chairs and the private rear garden has a six seater table and chairs with large umbrella and also a large barbeque.

Had a lovely time here everything is close by or a short drive away shops, restaurants and beaches are great . The apartment backs onto garden and pool ,nice having BBQ area ,it's a friendly and quiet very relaxing place and your not far from the plaza which comes live at night with restaurants,bars and entertainment and has a kids area .
The apartment has everything you need ,and there's lots to do and explore in area ,would certainly recommend and we would book again as we have family and friends in the area 😃👍👍
Villamartin is a great place for golf,with 3 courses close by not far from large Xenia shopping centre and a short drive to the beaches,Xenia and Playa Flamenca. Car is in my opinion essential unless you are prepared to use a taxi,if you are by the beach you are too far to walk to La Xenia shopping centre and even further from the golf course
The apartment is clean,spacious having gardens to 3 sides,back private surrounded by hedges,has Bbq,outside furniture and communal pool behind a few metres away,very convenient.The closest shops and restaurants are a 10-15 minute stroll or better by car in a few minutes only to the Villamartin plaza.The apartment is in a development of similar properties just on the north side of Villamartin golf course,the area is quiet and ideal for families.The apartment is well furnished and equipped,widescreen TV with satellite so UK TV available, only thing we missed was no wifi .Fortunately cheers bar,5 minute walk away has free wifi, also various events during the week, has well priced drinks and bar food.Very good value,highly recommended.
This apartment & complex had everything I needed for a short break, the apartment was clean & supplied all that I needed - ie, air conditioning & sunbeds! Would stay again. Only thing I would request would be wifi
We have been visiting Lomas Del Golf for 10 years now and this was by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in.
Fantastic property has everything you need but do hire a car as shops are quite far.
