2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment located in the centre of Villamartin. Close to all local amenities. Sleeps 4. UK TV.

Situated next to the popular Villamartin Plaza this property is ideally located for both holiday and long term stays.

The apartment is within a secure gated complex which also benefits from a security guard service, and private underground parking facility.

The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished and has a covered terrace which overlooks the communal gardens. An external table and 4 chairs are provided for use on the terrace.

The living area has a 3 seater sofa and matching arm chair. Other furnishings include a coffee table, side board and TV table. The television has a selection of channels in English including music, children's channels, Sky News and a few True Movie channels (for long term rentals the tenant is responsible for the TV subscription).
Ceiling fans are fitted for the warmer months.

Sliding doors lead out from the lounge onto the terrace which overlooks the communal garden area.

The lovely fully fitted kitchen is situated conveniently next to the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, juicer and a coffee maker. All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment is provided for full self catering. Other household equipment provided includes a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes with a shelving section and bedside rugs. There is also an en-suite with shower, w.c and wash hand basin in a vanity unit with mirror. A ceiling fan is also fitted for the warmer months. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes, again with a shelving section. Bed linen is provided.

The main bathroom has a bath with over head shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

Outside the communal grounds and pool are maintained to a high standards. The gardens overlooked from the terrace are available to guests and residents where fixed seating and tables are provided together with a covered shady area for quiet relaxation.

For the dedicated sun worshiper there is a large communal solarium on the roof of the block with views of the surrounding countryside and Villamartin Golf Course.

For the warmer months ceiling fans are fitted in the living room and master bedroom and for the cooler months there is a portable gas heater and an electric convector heater.

Apart from the 4 local golf courses there are plenty of others if you fancy a drive. Other local activities include horse riding, tennis, bowls and of course for those who come for the beaches they will be spoiled for choice.
The Plaza itself offers a great choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and if you have a car you won't have to go too far before you find plenty of other eating options. There is a local bus stop just across from the apartment and a Taxi rank in the nearby car park.

Villamartin is well known and established in this part of the Costa Blanca with the golf course which opened in 1972 being largely responsible for the development in this area. 2 other golf courses at Campoamor and Las Ramblas are also available and only 10 minutes away by car.

Add to this its proximity to 2 airports one at Alicante only 45 minutes drive away and the other at Murcia San Javier, 25 minutes away and its easy to see why this area is so popular with holiday makers, golfers and permanent residents.
The AP7 motorway can be accessed easily at the La Zenia toll only 5 minutes down the road and then just past that the main N332 coast road means that this part of Spain is opened up for those who want to use Villamartin as a base.

The typical Spanish town of San Miguel with its local street market every Wednesday is 5km away and for those who want something a bit more vibrant and tourist orientated there is the coastal town of Torrevieja 10km away.

This is a very nice apartment in an ideal location.

This apartment is in a village and in a quiet area. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a garage and a shared garden. Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
