This newly refurbished, Mediterranean style apartment is situated in the world famous Villamartin Plaza beside the prestigious Camp Villamartín Golf. Where the 1997 Mediterranean open was held.
It is the perfect retreat for couples and families alike.

It comprises of 1 double bedroom, large living area with sofa bed, family bathroom, Mediterranean style kitchenette and a large balcony which you can access from both bedroom and kitchen. It is air conditioned throughout. The apartment also has a Juliet balcony, and boasts a large communal swimming pool, in a secure gated community.
Villamartín Plaza is 2 km from the beach and La Zenia Boulevard, which is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe.
The Plaza has a choice of 50 restaurants and bars. It has a good grocery shop, pharmacy, doctor, hairdressers and beautician / spa onsite.
The evening entertainment provided, creates a magical atmosphere in the centre of the chessboard mosaic clad plaza. Where you can dine in any of the numerous restaurants and enjoy the music simultaneously.
With the giant palm trees in the plaza playing host to some African Ring Neck Parrots, and some cheeky House Martins around during the day, this is truly a rare and and novel place to spend time away with your loved ones.
There is an outdoor kids play area in the Plaza, beside both restaurants and a bars, where you can relax with a glass of wine, while the kids use that last ounce of energy before bed.
There is both taxi rank and bus stop opposite. While car hire (€20 per day) is advantageous. It is not necessary. Apartment is conveniently located in the plaza, near many bars and restaurants, so no need for a taxi locally, while most guests have no problem with music being played at night, it may not suit those who like to turn in early or who have very young children. There are over 20 restaurants, bars onsite who provide live music throughout the year. The location could not be better for lovers of good food, drink and night time entertainment. There is a beautician, hair dressers, post shop, dentist, chemist and grocery store on site. There is also a Chino shop opposite, and a Mercedona supermarket is a genuine 10 minute walk. There is a Lidl on the roundabout, before La Zenia Boulevard.
Playa Flamenca waterpark is 10 minutes by bus or taxi.

Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
