The apartment is very nice. It is spacious, is very well preserved, with communal pool and three minutes from the beach. It has all the necessary elements to spend a pleasant vacation. The owners are very friendly and kind people. It is a highly recommended apartment for a group of four people. Without a doubt, we would repeat the experience.

What a lovely apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean, a real home from home with everything you want and need. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and can be seen from the patio doors and balcony, supermarket a short journey (less than 2 blocks), lots of places to eat and all very child friendly. I went for this year's half Ironman my husband was taking part so we decided to make it a bit of a family holiday taking our daughter and grandson, it was so convenient with the event a short distance away, I can't believe how lucky we were to find this apartment, the owner is a lovely lady, couldn't have been more helpful and nice. If going for an event or just a family break this is the place to stay, although maybe I should have kept that under my hat until after next year's event. Definitely be top of my list for places to return to in the future.

The apartment corresponded to the description and is located in a relatively quiet corner of Calella. From the nearby lighthouse campsite you could hear in the evening but sometimes a bit louder music (but still very bearable). Parking for a car is limited - but we always found a parking space nearby. The party center of Calella was within easy walking distance; In the restaurants of Calella you eat very good. Unfortunately, the French bed was a bit narrow and the mattresses on the beds were not the best overall. Some doors of the apartment grazed the floor and should be readjusted. The windows and the balcony / patio door were hard to close (jammed). The pool in the condominium we used little (was close to the sea); The garden / pool area is well maintained and the pool would be good for families with small children. There is a real minus point for the kitchen: Some pots and pans were not washed clean when we took over the apartment for 2 weeks (presumably only by the predecessor in the dishwasher pushed and no longer controlled, unfortunately not from the cleaning ladies). But since it is a rented private apartment, there were still enough other pots / pans available. In the freezer section of the freezer we also found chopped ice cream (apparently forgotten by predecessors and not disposed of). An electric coffee machine was not available. Since we were 3 coffee drinkers, a filling of the "manual Kaffeekochgerätes" (spanish coffee preparation - tastes very good) in the morning not and the extremely hot appliance had to be opened and refilled again (then in self brought along thermos, otherwise not keep warm). Overall, the holiday was but thanks to not too high outside temperatures quite good. We therefore did not miss the missing air conditioning (but it can happen well at higher temperatures).
