What a great stay we had at Villa Kyama. As others say, the pictures do not do it justice, it is alot bigger than expected. There are so many different areas to spend time in at different times of the day, the pool, the garden, the roof terrace (at night), the balcony out from the kitchen, the front porch and that's without the comfort of the open plan living space inside. The only downside is no wifi but that could be a god send to some! We will definitely return.

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE JUST RETURNED FOR 11 AMAZING NIGHTS AT THIS STUNNING HOUSE. ALL ASPECTS ARE FANTASTIC RIGHT THROUGH FROM THE BOOKING PROCESS TO THE HOUSE ITSELF. JAMES' ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIS THOUGHTFULNESS ARE EVIDENT AND THIS PROPERTY REALLY IS A 'HOME FROM HOME'. REALLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WITH ALL NECCESSITIES SUPPLIED. SMASHING DEVELOPMENT WITH A LOVELY, CLEAN, QUIET POOL. ALL THE NEIGHBOURS (MANY DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES) ARE VERY FRIENDLY THE RESORT IS UP & COMING WITH MANY 'EX PATS' BOTH RESIDENT & HOLIDAYING. SOME GREAT BARS (FREE HANGOVERS SUPPLIED BY 'THE AULD DUBLINER!') THE ONLY TIP I WOULD SAY IS ESSENTIAL IS A RENTAL CAR IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE SURROUNDING AREA. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMEND THIS PROPERTY AND WILL BE SUPPORTING MY RECOMENDATION WITH A REPEAT BOOKING!

We had a lovely few nights at Luxurious Lemon Tree Villa with our one year old. The villa was perfect for our family and had all the facilities we needed. We didn’t rent a car as the description said a car was only needed if you wanted to explore the area but we felt a car is essential, especially if you want to go to the beach, and we ended up getting taxis but that suited us fine. Checking in and out was very easy and Steve was extremely helpful on our arrival and ensured we had everything we needed for our baby and even had milk and tea bags there for us. Grant (the owner) has maintained excellent communication before and after our visit. Overall, we had a great holiday and would highly recommend the villa. Thank you.
