Couple from Halifax , United Kingdom March 2019

We stayed in casa Davleen for a week in March. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. The location is very good and in a lovely quiet area. The outside areas are very good with lots of places to sit either in or out of the sun. Paul is a good size and also kept spotlessly clean. In about a quarter of a mile there is a supermarket, golf course, two or three friendly bars and about four different restaurants catering for all tastes. The villa contains just about everything you could need for your stay. David was waiting for us on our arrival and gave us a really good rundown on the property and the area. There was a very good welcome pack including items of food and drink in the fridge couple bottles of wine and everything you would need to get you started. This is one of the best Villers we have stayed in and we will certainly be back.

Family from Stewkley, United Kingdom January 2019

We know the Moraira area well and have rented several properties here over recent years - this is the best! Everything is exactly as described, and is well cared for and maintained, with a helpful and efficient local manager on hand if needed. With small children in our family, the securely gated access to the pool was important, and there was lots of outside space for them to play, also securely gated from the road. The upstairs/downstairs accommodation is ideal for families sharing, and upstairs was perfect for us as a couple before and after the family joined us. Renting in February, we didn't use the lovely pool but were glad of the heating - aircon units with heat option, numerous electric convector heaters, and a very effective woodburner. The glazed naya with lovely view was perfect for meals, and for warm weather there's plenty of outside seating with tables. We're already looking forward to our next stay at this villa.

Couple from Kiev, Ukraine January 2019

It's a third time Chris host us (previous two times it was another apartment) and it's always a pleasure to stay in his apartments. This apartment is just perfect. It's well equipped - you'll find everything you need there and even more, starting kitchen and up to beach facilities. Master bed is super comfortable - it's the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in rented apartment. Terrace on the first floor is very cozy - we've spend a lot of time there, despite we've visited Cabo Roig in winter. And finally, apartment is in few minutes walk from the beach and main avenue with bars and restaurants, but still on a quiet street where you can enjoy your rest. Highly recommended.

Nice location, 15-20 minutes walk to beaches & the ‘strip’ The villa is very nice but it could do with redecorating and replacement of the existing pillows and bedding.
