This completed Villa is modern and beautifully furnished in a coastal setting on the popular Playa Golf development at Lomas de Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.
It is approximately 45 mins from Alicante airport and 15-20 mins from Murcia (San Javier) airport.
The villa is in a quiet area on Playa Golf, but still benefits from having shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other amenities within a 5- 10 min walk
The front of the villa is accessed by a private gate and a tiled patio area. A table, parasol and chairs are available for you to sit and enjoy dining outdoors in the sunshine.
There is a large gravelled area which is ideal for a spot of sunbathing or where children can play, and there is also off-road parking to the side of the villa.
You enter the villa straight into the lounge area which is comfortably and stylishly furnished with two leather sofas. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player for your use.
The dining area adjoins the lounge and has a large dining table and comfortable dining chairs. From here you can access the open plan kitchen area which is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, built-in oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
There is a twin bedroom downstairs and 2 further bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 double 1 twin) a balcony leads off the master bedroom.
There is a good sized family bathroom on the 1st floor which has a power shower over the bath, incorporating 6 body shower jets as well as a separate hand-held power shower. A further shower room and toilet is downstairs next door to the twin bedroom.
The private rooftop solarium enjoys all day sunshine.
The communial swimming pool is surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing and there are 2 showers. The pool is only accessible to residents and guests in the immediate vicinity surrounding the pool by way of a private key making it very safe and private.
This is a beautiful villa that is furnished to the highest standards. Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are all included and a Welcome Pack, cots, highchairs and buggies can be arranged at an extra charge if you wish, please contact us for more details.
The local shopping is just a few minutes walk from the property with a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and internet café. The area offers excellent shopping, a weekly market and many cafes, and a vibrant nightlife.
The Zenia Boulevard one of Europes lergest shopping malls is just a 5 minute drive away, which is home to all the Spanish high street shops including H&M, Zara, Primark and many more.
Playa Golf is a development designed to make an ideal base for the family with a great communal pool less than 5 mins walk away.
Numerous "Blue Flag" beaches are just 5-10 mins drive, Go-Karts 10 mins drive and a water park at Torrevieja within 15 mins drive. Car hire is recommended.
For the golf enthusiasts, this villa offer's an ideal base from which to play three superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all within 5-10mins drive. A further golf club is due to open in Campoamor (Las Colinas). This will form part of a state of the art golf resort which will also include a shopping and leisure/spa area and, again, will only be a 5-10 mins drive from the villa. Further golf courses are within easy travelling distance including La Manga (approx 40 mins away).
The Villa is a superbly located with beautiful Blue Flag beaches, outstanding golf courses and many bars and restaurants (including the popular Villamartin Plaza) within walking distance or just a short drive away.
