Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with views of the sea in Torrevieja Campoamor. Minutes away from 3 golf courses and several beautiful beaches.
This residential area is located at the southern tip of the Costa Blanca next to Dehesa de Campoamor. The region offers miles of unspoiled coast line, an average of 315 days of sunshine per year, and an average temperature of 21 degrees centigrade.
The area has become a favourite destination for many tourists due to its excellent facilities and great location.
There are many popular golf courses in the area, allowing golfers to make the most of their stay here. Just 10 mins drive from the apartment are 3 top golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. NOTE: Handicap cards are required to play at these courses.
The apartment is situated off a stretch of beautiful blue flag beaches, there are so many to choose from. My favourites are Playa Cabo Roig, Playa La Zenia and Mar Menor. From the apartment's balcony, you have a view of orange groves and the sea.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player.
For the kids, there is the water park (Aquapolis) located in Torrevieja and also a go-karting track. There is a pristine communal swimming pool with easy access from the apartment, which also has a children's section attached to it.
The area has several shops close by for your groceries, and shopping malls in Torrevieja. There is also a good choice of restaurants.
From a tourist point of view, Murcia itself offer a huge number of interesting places to visit . It is an old city. Certainly among the famous points of interest is the Cathedral de Santa Maria. Also try to visit the capital Carthagena and Caravaca de la Cruz.
Torrevieja is a big town about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Most of the big shops and a cinema complex are located there. There is also a promenade which stretches the length of the town and is lit up at night. In addition, it has a large marina, several restaurants and a vibrant night life.

This property was excellent value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was spacious, clean and well appointed, it has a lovely large balcony perfect for sitting and enjoying the peace, quiet and beautiful sea view, the swimming pool was lovely, quiet and peaceful and very well maintained and clean, even at the end of July we often had the pool to ourselves. The key holders Steve and Karen were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and nothing was too much bother for them, this is the first time my family and myself have loved a holiday so much that we want to return, so i would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we will definately be returning next year.
A very spacious apartment much bigger than we expected which whilst being part of a large development didnt feel that way.As it it on the edge of the development it had a clear view over a clementine field down to the sea from the large balcony.It has plenty of supermarkets nearby and the excellent beach at Campoamor is literally only minutes away by car.If you dont feel like the beach the pool is only a couple of hundred yards away and is large private and has some welcome shade. All in all we found it to be a perfectly peaceful place for a thoroughly relaxing time added to which we felt it gave such excellent value for money .We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone
Arrived at this beautiful property with no problems at all, excellent clean accomodation, very spacious, lovely views of the sea in the distance.
Key holder a nice gentleman, only down side for us was the pool was closed when we arrived due to contamination and key holder advised us he had advised owner to let us know about this, obviously this did,nt happen. This in no way affected our lovely stay and i would definatly recommend this accomodation to anyone.
1 bad point no air con in twin bedroom so this was a little stuffy to sleep in, ended up in lounge on sofa as this and main bedroom have aircon.Although it was July height of summer.
The first thing that attracted me to this property was the price! Extremely competitive, even for peak summer dates. The second thing was the pictures. The apartment looked clean and tastefully furnished. I could certainly see my family and I feeling comfortable there. Finally, location, location, location. Just 20mins from Murcia airport which has low cost, reliable flights on Ryanair. I'm pleased to report that I was not disappointed! The apartment was pristine with a lot of homely touches such as novels, board games and DVDs. It was also great to have Sky TV channels so we didn't miss our favourite programmes from back home. The balcony even had a view of the ocean in the distance. The pool was also very close to the apartment, very handy for our little one who's not quite ready for swimming in the sea. There were so many beaches to choose from within easy reach, each with it's own individual appeal. Our favourite was Playa Cabo Roig which is a wide sandy beach with an excellent restaurant overlooking the water at one end of it serving a wide range of tapas and seafood. The town of Orihuela had a good range of grocery shops and restaurants, all close to the apartment. And in nearby bustling Torrevieja we found even more amenities, including malls and a waterpark. Throughout our stay, the keyholders Steve and Karen were absolute gems, giving us suggestions on places to go, things to do etc. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation at a very reasonable price. We've already recommended the property to family and friends and plan to return there ourselves later this year.

Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is not available.
