Holiday villa in Urbanización L'Almunia, Costa Blanca

Beautiful big villa in Almunia - Monte Pego. It has 800m2 fenced plot with dream view to the sea and mountain. It is located in a very quiet area in a dead-end street.
The garden consists in different Mediterranean plants, palms and bushes. The private swimming pool has 8m x 4m with a large terrace with it furniture to enjoy the wonderful views. The terrace is also equipped with barbecue, small fridge and outdoor shower.
The house has two floors and it is distributed as follows, at the ground floor we found the living room with Sat-TV and an access to the terrace, next to it is the dining room and a corridor that bring us to the kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and a filter machine, big fridge with freezer and stove.
We follow with the bedrooms, one double room with one bed and two mattress and air conditioner and suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower is at the ground floor. Through indoor stair we arrive to the second floor, two double bedrooms with air conditioner and access to the upper terrace. Bathroom with shower between both rooms.
All rooms have mosquito nets to open the windows without the danger of mosquitoes.
The house has heating for the coldest months.
The owner would be very grateful if anybody smokes inside the house.
Distance to Denia’s beach is 12km and his downtown 20. Rafol de Almunia 2.5 km, Pego 5km and Vergel 11km. Supermarkets 11km and restaurants just 1.3 km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
