The complex has a communal pool, there is also a private garden and terrace with bbq and sunbeds .
There are 2 floors and the lower floor has the large kitchen and dining area, and the lounge complete with a flat screen tv.
The terrace and garden is accessed through the lounge. The terrace has a bbq and sun beds and the garden has lots of room for children to play . Pets are welcome in this townhouse (unless they disturb the neighbours.
There is a small plungepool in the garden
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave , dishwasher and coffee machine. There are lots of cooking utensils and crockery for your use. There is a dining area in the kitchen. There is a also a separate wc on this floor.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms 1 king size rooms and 2 twin bed rooms. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor.
The area is close to El Chapparall golf, La Cala de Mijas and just a few minutes drive from Fuengirola. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach is around a 10-15 minute walk.
The area is great for exploring and there is a public bus running every 30 minutes to Fuengirola, Marbella and La Cala de Mijas.
