This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated just 50 metres from one of the best beaches in Marbella (see below). A luxury development set in private landscape offering two swimming pools. Right on one of Marbellas best beaches where you will find excellent restaurants & a wonderful snack bar for the children. Playa de Alicate offers you a beautiful appointed luxury apartment where no expense has been spared to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Located on the coast 4Km east of Marbella & minutes by car, cab or bus from the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 30mins from Malaga close to the Los Monteros Hotel and numerous golf courses. This flat has two lovely twin bedrooms, one with en suite facilities, both offering plenty of storage and hanging provision. Another bathroom is situated off the main hallway. The master suite opens onto the terrace overlooking the gardens. A large, fully furnished and well presented lounge/dinning area also leads onto the terrace with further dining suite for external dining..The lounge offers communal satelitte TV, DVD and stereo for your enjoyment. There is a well fitted kitchen leading and a utility area which is fitted with a washing machine/tumble dryer. The apartment has lovely italian marbel floors throughout and full air-con/heating. This is a gated complex with underground secure parking. With lift facilities from the car park directly to the flat. Playa de Alicate beach has almost 2000 metres of fine, golden sand and magnificent dunes, with eleven different bars, where you can have a soft drink, a beer and the best fried fish on the Mediterranean coast. Its very touristy and cosmopolitan, with families, couples, groups of friends, etc. On Saturdays and Sundays, its a hive of activity and very popular, but during the rest of the week, its one of the quieter beaches. The water is crystal clear, and the beach has had the blue flag rating since 1992. Near this beach, theres a beach club with a swimming pool. Facilities include lifeguards, watchtowers, first aid, showers and public toilets.

The apartment is built in a quiet and family friendly area. It has 2 bed- & 2 bathrooms (1 with bath tub/1 with shower). A kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Nice modern functional living and exit to a 25 m2 terrace, both areas with beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is situated in a closed/secured complex and includes 3 swimming pools (1 pool for children)
Supermarket, restaurants, bakery, hairdresser/manicure etc. in walking distance. Approx. 15 km to Puerto Banus. Europe’s greatest golf area with over 10 golf courses within a distance of 10 km.

7. Or if you are hiring a car, a detailed travel itinerary will be sent by PDF email how to find their office to collect the keys.
8. They are able to offer varying services prior to your arrival welcome packs, hire of beds, cots, high-chairs etc, hire of PS2 or Xbox, mobile modem hire for your laptop, etc... Please ask!
9. The property will be clean and ready for your arrival, with all the power on, the water hot and anything you requested in place.
10. If you have any requirements whilst you are there, all the contact details and the office location is detailed for you.
11. Finally on vacation, you will be instructed the outward procedure.

The property is exactly as described. It is in an ideal location as it is so close to the beach. A supermarket is within walking distance and there are numerous bars and restaurants close by. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We have stayed in the apartment before and will be returning again in the future. I would definitely recommend this apartment for families and couples.
The location couldn't be better - right on the beach but in a quiet spot, highly recommended and if you stay here make sure you go to El Casco's the Tennis Club in El Rosario
We were very pleased and surprised at the size and comfort in the apartment. The whole complex is well maintained and the kids loved the pools - small but never crowded. The beach is literly a stone's throw away and most of the restaurants along the beach were of very good quality - we especially liked the third one if you turn to the right at the beach.
However the location does mean that you definately need a car to get around - shopping or trips into Marbella etc
Overall very happy
A well maintained clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area very close to the beach. Ideal for adults and children. Everything was exactly as described. Would recommend car hire for families with young children as the nearest shops are just a little too far away for little ones to walk. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
