Villa overview - owner's description

We are very pleased to present this stunning 4 bedroom villa with private pool, located in the popular area of Benimar in the Costa Blanca South region.

Boasting 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite and for those of you who enjoy a little sing song whilst in the shower, both en suite showers have built in radio so you can sing and dance to your hearts content! They both also have jacuzzi multi jet showers along with a seat should you get tired after dancing!

Plenty of areas to catch the sun, be it around the pool on the sun loungers or on one of the two sun terraces that are off the master bedroom upstairs.
This villa can easily accommodate up to 8 people with 3 of the 4 bedrooms having a king size beds, and the 4th a double bed. A further 4 people could be accommodated on the two large sofa beds each with your own double USB charging points built in, bringing the total occupancy up to a possible 12 people.

You will benefit from unlimited internet, full UK tv channels, full sports, PPV events and movies to keep the children occupied whenever they are away from your very own private swimming pool.

Al fresco dining under the gazebo to the rear of the villa, that can be fully prepared on the gas BBQ.

All bedding and towels provided, fully air conditioned throughout with remote controlled ceiling fans fitted in all bedrooms and lounge area.

For golf fanatics, the 18 hole La Marquesa golf course can be played which is a 10 minute drive away through the town of Rojales into Quesada. There are numerous other golf courses located in Murcia and Villamartin to name but a few.

Recently redecorated and new furnishings installed give this villa a fresh and spacious feel as you enter and walk through, we are sure that you will enjoy the look, comfort and style of the place during your stay.
The cost to stay here is as follows:

Up to 8 people:
01 May - 30 September: £200 per night
01 October - 30 April: £130 per night

For parties of 9 - 12 people staying - there is a supplement of £30 per person per night.
A refundable damages deposit of £200
A cleaning fee of 100€
Laundry fee of 10€ per bed used.

Ideal for large families or friends who like to holiday together, a great selection of bars and restaurant's all within walking distance in the town's of Benimar and Benijofar, together with a large supermarket that is also close by.

If there are 12 in your party but you would all like a bit more space, then Casa Wright can be rented as well and is directly opposite this villa. It would be ideal for 12-18 in your party as you could book both villas which will solve all your problems whilst keeping you all within talking distance of each other!

We do recommend hiring a car for those who wish to venture further afield to explore other Spanish towns or to visit the nearest beach at Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away.

Only a 35/40 minute journey from Alicante airport meaning you'll be able to enjoy the start of your holiday soon after your arrival here in Spain.

This villa is in the city but in a quiet area. It has a pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is not necessary as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.

A bit about us. Brian joined the British Army at 16 years of age and served in the Coldstream Guards for 24 years, climbing the ranks to Warrant Officer by the time he retired in 2008. He then joined Wiltshire Police and served as a Police Officer until 2016 when he left to make a new life in Spain with his wife, Mandy who gained employment here, working for a foreign exchange company.
