Villa overview - owner's description

This 3 bed villa comes complete with all that you need to enjoy your holiday, full UK and foreign TV package including full Sky service and BT sports, ideally located for easy access to bars, restaurants and supermarket all of which are a 10 minute walk away. A large communal pool situated behind the villa that you will have full access to during your stay. 3 good size bedrooms comprising of a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in each of the other two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture including BBQ at your disposal.
Transfer time from the nearest airport, Alicante, is approximately 35 minutes. A car is recommended, but not essential as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a large local supermarket all within a 15 minute walk away, however, in order to benefit from the beaches and local attractions such as Elche safari park, or the water park at Torrevieja, then we do suggest you hire a car.
This villa is situated directly opposite Villa Padres so for parties of 9-18 it would be ideal to book both villas. You can see villa Padres (with pool) on our photographs taken from the roof top solarium of this property.

This villa is in the town but in a quiet area. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is not necessary as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is not available.

A bit about us. Brian joined the British Army at 16 years of age and served in the Coldstream Guards for 24 years, climbing the ranks to Warrant Officer by the time he retired in 2008. He then joined Wiltshire Police and served as a Police Officer until 2016 when he left to make a new life in Spain with his wife, Mandy who gained employment here, working for a foreign exchange company. Mandy also served as a Police Officer in the UK for a time and, prior to that, she ran her own successful restaurant business for over 10 years. These backgrounds have led to honed skills in organisation, management, customer service, personal discipline, cleanliness, tidiness, honesty, integrity, and reliability, with pride and passion at the heart of everything we do.
We are an extremely professional couple with very high standards and would describe ourselves as perfectionists with an attention to detail that is second to none. We used to own property in France which we rented out for short term holiday lets for over 8 years, and so we have a wealth of experience in the expectations of both property owners and holidaymakers alike. We can, therefore, advise owners as to what is required in order for us to gain maximum occupancy for them, and know exactly what is required to ensure 100% satisfaction for all our guests.
Having said that, unforeseen situations can sometimes arise. We are committed to ensuring that any problems will be dealt with as swiftly as possible causing the least amount of disruption to our guests and ensuring the peace of mind for our property owners.
We have a team of skilled professionals available to ensure any repairs, checks or maintenance required, can be carried out as soon as the need arises. We will also undertake regular inspections of our properties and their appliances etc. to minimise the potential for faults to arise during a booked period. If anything comes to our attention, we will contact our owners immediately so that, wherever possible, works can be undertaken prior to guests arriving.
With our knowledge of the area we can assist holidaymakers with most questions they may have and can recommend all sorts of things such as restaurants, fiestas, and activity parks to name but a few, to make their stay a happy and memorable one.
Your property or your holiday booking is in the very safest of hands with us and we look forward to assisting you all for many years to come.
