Situated just 12km east of Marbella, Puerto Cabopino boasts an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and two of the best beaches on the Costa de Sol. All this just a few hundred metes from the Ocean Pino Golf complex gives you the ideal location for your Costa del Sol vacation home.
For the less energetic, car hire is recommended, which gives you the freedom to explore the many excellent beaches and mountain villages in the surrounding countryside.
Located just along from Puerto Cabopino, this property is ideal for those, seeking a tranquil setting for their Spanish holiday this spacious first floor apartment will prove ideal. It has a large west facing terrace with views to the swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. The excellent beaches at Cabopino and Marbesa are within walking distance but from the less energetic only a few minutes away by car , the towns of Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus are reached within 15 minutes.
Both underground and surface parking are available for the property with lift access from the garage.
The property comprises entrance lobby, cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin, which leads to a very spacious living area with separate dining area, patio doors lead to a large west facing patio with both dining and lounge facilities, the ideal location for the sundowners. There is a TV with Freeview Sky Satelite and DVD player which also pays CD. We are alos planning to get an iPod doc for next season. Despite having great restaurants just a short walk away, the kitchen is fully equipped with Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and also comes with a Kettle, Coffee Machine and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse. Off the Lounge area is the main bedroom with Queen size bed, coordinating furniture and fitted wardrobes, patio doors give access to the main terrace. The en-suite has a standard size bath with shower over, a wash had basin and w/c.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning / heating making both summer and winter stays equally pleasurable.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide a 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.
The complex is made up of several blocks which share the large centrally located swimming pool. The attractive gardens mainly laid to grass with shrubbery borders.
A few minutes in the car gets you to one of several shopping areas where you can stock up on fresh fish, meat and bread. If you prefer to shop at the market there is one in La Cala (10 minutes away by car) every Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, one of which is only 5 minutes away.
Really you are spoilt for choice, along at Cabopino there are a host of great places to eat, two of our favorites is Julies and Da Bruno’s. If it’s a BBQ or a steak you are looking for just across the bridge is one of the best restaurants in the area El Rancho. Then of course there are the beach bars too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.
Cabopino and Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort there. Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 9 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous.
There are several fitness centers close by in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities.
Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda.
Golf – Cabopino and Elviria have excellent golf complex’s. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes.
Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.
OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

It has a shared pool, a balcony, a garage, outside lighting and a sea view. Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
