This very spacious vacation semi-detached house with free wifi in a small complex next to the golf course 'Cabopino' is spread over three floors and is just a short walk from several restaurants, bars and some stores.
In front of the house there is a garage and a terrace area leading to the front door. From there, you enter a large hallway with a toilet on the right; on the left is a utility room and a fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through to the dining room.
The living/dining area is located at the back of the house and shines with a large dining table, a wall-mounted TV with several international channels and an open fireplace. From the living room you can access a covered, enclosed terrace with a large sofa, perfect for enjoying the cooler evenings. A few steps lead to the wooden floor terrace, where you will find four sun loungers and a small barbecue. The lower floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom with a ground-level shower.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom with a shower also at ground level. The master bedroom with king size bed has its own large bathroom.
From the master bedroom you have access to a terrace, from which a spiral staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you can admire the view of the golf course, the sea and ?Cabopino?
