Beautiful villa 5 mins from beach in quiet residential area. Close to lovely Spanish town of Guardamar. 10 min from Torrevieja. 25 mins from Alicante Airport/ 25 mins from Murcia Airport.
Beajutiful property in a quiet urbanisation just outside the town of Guardamar. Convenient to all amenities: 5 mins to beach and town. The property is built to a very high specification and has beautiful views from the Solarium on the roof top.
The accommodation is suitable for six people with linen and all mod cons supplied. Security grills and alarm are fitted for your peace of mind. An ouside Barbeque and lighting for your convenience. There are three double beds, (one twin) and one with baclony facing south towards the blue lake. A spacious solarium is ideal for those who love the sun and yet want privacy in the shade.
The house is in El Raso five mins. from Guardamar town and blue flag beach.
It is maintained to a high standard. There are local shops, restaurants, bank, pub and a church.
The house is just 25 mins from Alicante airport on the N332 or the AP7
and 30 mins from Murcia Airport on the N332 or AP7
The blue flag beach, Dunes of Guardamar with an open air cafe/restaurant and icecream bar is five mins. Fantastic Natural Park in Guardamar attracts young and old alike.
The old town of Torrevieja with its beautiful Marina is ju10 mins away. Terra Mitica Theme park is 45 mins in Benidorm. Wed. & Sun. are market days when all enjoy the leisurly bargin hunt! All in all, a perfect location for an relaxing and fun filled holiday.

the house is fine, good view and good area.There missing some chairs on terasen, there is only the fine benches of stone, which is hard to sit on and a lack of Internet.

Villa was great, area nice and quiet, everything was as described. Thanks also to Linda and her lovely family for looking after us whilst we were there.
Was a beautiful villa with all the amenties that you needed and extremely well looked after inside and very clean and spacious. It was also in walking distance to restaurants and bars on site and would certainly recommend to a friend. The swimming pool was also lovely and great for the kids and well looked after too.
Weve stayed in El Raso loads of times so we love the area.The Property is well furnished,well looked after.The location of the property is fantastic,extremely close to shops and places to eat out.But you would be advised to hire a car, if you wanted to go off the urbanisation.
If you were to encounter any problems which we did,but only minor,they are sorted out very quickly,with no fuss,as there are people in place to make this happen.
The community pool however was not great,the pool itself was large and extremely clean,but the surrounding area was soil and very little grass,this was extemely uncomfortable to lay on,but this is a community issue and should not be difficult to resolve.
But overall Villa Maria is a great place to stay ,lovely villa and everyone was very friendly,and very helpful.Our family had a great time.Thank you
