I have had this property for over a year and in this time I have very passionately refurbished it to a very high standard. I had been looking for a sea view apartment and when I first walked in this one, I made up my mind straight away to buy it. What attracted me to this area was its extensive stretches of sandy beaches. I have a few friends who live in the same neighbourhood whom I play tennis with. So I knew the neighbourhood and when I viewed this property, I immediately gave an offer. My favourite place to hang out is the sky bar which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment with breathtaking views. I hope all the guests enjoy the pristine beaches, surroundings and the apartment during their stay and make it a memorable one, wanting to come again.

We bought our apartment in August 2021 to use as a family a few times a year and to rent out so other families can also enjoy our happy place. Our children are 5, 7, 9 and 23. They all love staying at the apartment, swimming every day at the communal pool and having beach trips. The eldest tends to visit with friends and enjoys the nightlife in Torrevieja after a day relaxing by the pool. There really is something for everyone! Our younger children love going to the square at night and listening to the local singers, they also like going round to The Oasis bar and playing in the little play area...this also means we get time to have drink and chill out! A few of the reasons we bought here are the short drive from the airport, the year round good weather and that we can get to a number of different villages and beaches easily. As time goes on we will be updating the apartment, we have already made some changes that make out stay more comfortable. We hope you have a fab stay!

We have had our property for around 2 years and love the freedom it gives us freedom to head out for some sunshine when we've had enough of the dismal English weather.. Regardless of the time of year you can get some sunshine in Torrevieja. We have very fast Wifi so perfect for working so we have the best of both worlds. We love the fact that we are close to beaches and bars but far enough away to have peace and quiet when we get back to the apartment. There are also so many beautiful areas to visit.
