TORREVIEJA
•Torrevieja is located on the Costa Blanca on the Mediterranean coast 35 minutes drive south of Alicante Airport, 35 minutes drive north of Murcia Airport. Transfers can be arranged.

•The apartment is on Cala Corbetta, a side street approximately 150 metres from the beach, the Playa del Cura.

•Bars and restaurants overlook the pedestrianised sea front. A wide variety of cuisine is available, all at very reasonable prices.

•Beaches are of soft white sand and have been sectioned off by the construction of sea walls in natural stone for safer bathing for children.

•Further in the town you will find a splendid choice of shops, including indoor and open markets.

Most of the popular Bars & Restaurants, are found on the pedestrianised sea front, however, numerous excellent restaurants are located in side streets.

My family and I have recently returned from our 9 day stay in this accommodation and was extremely shocked to see the review that the previous guest had submitted.
We cannot find any fault in this apartment and we were extremely pleased with it. The only shock I have is about the price cause it is very cheap for its location and excellent value for money.
The apartment exceeded our expectations as it states about it being compact. However, my party consisted of 6 people and yet it was a perfect size for our stay and not once did we feel it was small. The balcony was fantastic, having a 6 seater table and chairs plus 2 reclining chairs.
I felt very safe and secure at all times especially being a single mother and my sister who also stayed was also a single mother.
The apartment was very clean and Sara the lady who is the agent for the property made sure we were fully satisfied before she left us. She also kept in touch with us throughout our stay which is above and beyond what I have experienced in the past.
The location was amazing with the beach virtually on our doorstep and plenty of bars and restaurants in less than a 1 minute walk.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it. We will certainly be telling all our friends, colleagues and family about it and will definitely return in the future.

The property is a stone throw away from the beach which is a bonus espacially if you have kids. We had a good time. The property offers a really good value for money.
Near to all different shops and no need for a car.
The only let down is the air con but otherwise everything about it is perfect.
If you dont mind not having air con, this propety is perfect.

the pick up from alicante was good, driver was friendly and prompt also promt on departure
apartment was clean and tidy a little on the small side but was ok for 3 of us me and my mum and dad,
the balcony was large and got the sun nearly all day, the beach was only - 1-2 minuites away, it was a nice large beach which was a blue flag beach .
there was a excellent supermarket only minuites away
all in all it was excellent the only draw back was
the apartment does really need air conditioning the fans were a essential as the temp reach 410+ some days
over all i was very pleased and would go again

My family and I regularly travel to Torrevieja to visit in-laws.
Our stay was just over 2 weeks in August 2009.
I have stayed in a number of similar properties in the area and this review is based on a comparison with other properties in the area.
I found this apprtment to be exceptional value for money.
The cleanliness on arrival was good, the oven and fridge were particularly clean.
The website description is accurate and when we encounteted a problem with the door shutters a repair was carried out within 24hrs.
David contacted us prior to departure to warn us the lift was out of order, to our suprise this had been fixed by the time we arrived!
The location of the apprtment gets a 9/10 from me. only one block away from the beach approx a 5 min stroll. The supermarket is a 5 min stroll, and the main harbour / fairground area is a leisurley 20 min stroll along the sea front.
The use of a playstation and DVD player in the appartment kept the kids amused when we wanted a quiet night.
For the fitness fanatics, there is a gym around the corner who charge per session, I found this usefull.
On the downside, we found the appartment very warm, even with the fans on, it was difficult to cool the appartment at night, we spent the bulk of August in the appartment and I feel aircon would be very beneficial during the summer months. The kitchen was very small for a 2 bed appartment.

Overall, good value budjet accomodation. Hopefully we will be returning at easter 2010.

Having stayed in this well equiped 2 bed flat from January to March this year, I recommend it to any body, 5 minutes from the beach and close to local shops and reasonble walking distance to town centre, but the flat it self is nicely set-out, a compact but well equipe kitchen is off the living/dining room which the centre of the flat, a nice size balcony and in the unlikely event of bad weather there are a good of DVD`s to watch. I happy recommend this flat to any body

Big enough for four people, would have been a bit of a squeeze for 6 people. ideal location only minuites from beach, restaurants and bars to suit all ages and tastes. walking distance from markets and shops.very clean block of appartments. we felt very safe in the area.Only one bathroom being the downside. a small but functional kitchen, but who cooks while on holiday. good size balcony with adaquate seating for outside eating, which only lost the sun after 3pm in september.Id defently go back to this appartment.Excellent value for money.

This apartment was great, perfectly safe and secure. Literally minutes from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Clean and tidy, everything you could want. Doesnt have air conditioning but 2 large fans were supplied and were adequate enough. The balcony was private and safe for children and the roof terrace was an added bonus. The airport taxi pickup/dro p off service offered was also brilliant as was Steve Shaddock who was there to greet us with the keys. All in all a great holiday, which we enjoyed so much, we didnt want to come back home. Do not let the cheap price of this apartment put you off, it is everything you could want. My only critism would be that plastic plates/cups etc be provided for the children. We will be going again in the future. We aim to provide a first class service, for £170 per week we entrust our agent Mr Steve Shaddock and his staff to deliver, all your creature comforts, from the door to door transfer service, cleanliness of the apartment, and as advertised the apartments promise to you that you are situated in a prime location for all your holiday requirements, with this review, we boast for price we do deliver outstanding value for money. Cependant il faissait très chaud pendant la journée, il ny a pas dair conditionné et le soleil donne directement sur le salon et une des chambres jusquà environ 15hs. Il ny a pas non plus de store dans le balcon donc tres tres chaud. Le soir et la nuit le balcon est très agréable Thank you very much for your kind words, with regards to air conditioning yes it would be an absolute delight to have that available to all our guests, however, the problem is the price, some guests would feel the need to run the air con 24/7 with no regard for electricity consumption. The flat was a very short walk from different beaches and a short stroll to the local night market. Flat was a good size for a family of four with the added bonus of the balcony that gets the sun all day and shaded at night for pleasant seated area for dinner. This was our third visit to this apartment in four years. A perfrect location a minute from the beach up a side street with no real view as such but very quiet and conveneient for shops and restaurants. We hired a car although we have in the past used the transfer service which was excellent. There are lots of bus trips available through the tourist information at cheap prices to local markets and places of interest. We used the car to go further afield such as Benidorm which is an hour away and south of where we were staying to different beaches. Go in land to Eche which is a spar town and a total contrast to the more comerical towns on the coast. I would agree with the many other reviews that the apartment fits the needs of anyonje wanting an affordable holiday. It was very warm at night and the only downside was no aircon but I understand from the owners of the apartment that they are investigatin the instalation of air con for next year. Excellent value for money and I wojuld recomment this apartment to families and couples alike. Looking forward to our next trip!!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, this apartment was outstanding value for money 4 of us went for one week and cost us a little over ٣ per nite per head. The apartment had all the facilities needed and more as some guests had kindly left some beach items for others to use. We were close to all ammenities shops bars and restaurants,the variety of food available caters for all needs and staff were always friendly.The beach is 2mins away and a 7 euro taxi ride took us to the water park a fantastic day out. Also located close to the water park is PACHA a night club we did not visit because we went to the one in Ibiza a couple of weeks ago a brilliant nite out.WE WILL BE BACK!GARETH, BEN, LUCY AND CLIO.
