For rent a two bedroom apartment in a modern complex built in 2015 called Residential Algeria 1. It has a terrace and a private solarium of 121sqm. It consists of two bedrooms that are spacious and bright. American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, terrace and private solarium. The terrace has outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Upstairs in the solarium there is also outdoor furniture, barbecue and shower. The apartment is equipped with furniture, household appliances (including dishwasher), central air conditioning, kitchen utensils, linens and towels. Spanish and Russian Television is also available. The complex is gated and features a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, sports and children's playground. There is a private parking space in the underground garage included in the rental.
It is within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and all local amenities. It is approximately a 6 minute’s walk to the blue flag beaches of Los Locos and Del Cura. It sleeps up to five people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted on the terrace or in the solarium.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
