Close to 3 major resorts, picturesque villages and all their facilities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs Etc. Close to 30 + golf courses, only a few min walk to Torrequebrada Golf Course & Clubhouse, which held the 1979 Spanish Open, has lovely friendly public restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th green, casual smartly dressed non golfers & kids are made very welcome, stunning views from terrace.
Sandy Beach's with full facilities, shops, bars, banks, diving or deep sea fishing etc only a short distance away, only a 20 min walk down to the beach (is the start of Benalmadena Beach with Promenade and Port Recently Voted Most Beautiful in Europe, with its labyrinth of Restaurants to suit all tastes) taxi rank at bottom of road should you be tired from a hard day at the beach or bags full of groceries from the large supermarkets to save the walk back, is also near to Burger King, which is also near to the Torrequebrada Casino.
The huge bonus of being a small step back from the centre of any main resort are too multiple to mention but a few are : no noisey clubs or pubs : no noisy drunks to disturb or irritate you (apart from the one sleeping beside you) : Much Larger Balcony's : You live/sleep in a large secure luxurious air-conditioned apartment.
Close to Water Parks, Selwo Marine & Dolphin Park, Sea World, Tivoli World and Cable Cars, Casino, etc. Perfect for all year round vacationing or Golf. Only a short taxi distance to local railway station for train with stop at Malaga Airport etc. Downtown Benalmadena (we usually stroll to the Port along the lovely quiet pedestrian promenade stopping on the way for a few refreshments at the many beach side bars) Info pack in apartment. We highly recommend Malaga City ('Centro' last stop on the train takes 30 mins) is a must visit for adults, also has a new stunning Marina and is a beautiful city to walk around or take the red tour bus. A wander around to the Church at Benalmadena Village 'Pueblo' 5 mins in taxi is also stunning, no donkeys and very few tourists. Terrific views.
All Top Quality Comforts,Top Quality Sofas,Beds,Pillows Etc. No pets please & for the comfort of all guests present & future smoking on terraces only please.
We are 40 mins from Marbella, 70mins from Gibraltar, 90 Mins from Tarifa, only 2-3hr flight from most of Europe. There is a large Shopping Mall only 15 min drive away in Fuengirola or another near Malaga on local Train.

Hello! We liked the apartment very much and the service was excellent. However, we could not rent it again, as the internet was working poorly. Some evenings, it was impossible to get in, even when we had paid for the internet for the whole week. During the days it was working.

Hi Raine, sorry you had a problem with the internet, depending on the device you are using and its security settings sometimes you have to re-enter the login details again on one of the devices which I assume you did when you got it working again. January 2014 I've just been over to apartment for 10 days and checked our internet, it was working perfectly and worked 24/7 without losing connection once in 10 days as it always has so problem was indeed with your device. The cost is still a very reasonable 13 euros for 7 days.

Excellent property exactly as it was described. Fantastic really large balcony. The apartment had everything you need for a home from home holiday would highly recommend it. The only one downside I would have is that there are no sun loungers at the pool, so you wouldnt stay around the pool if you just wanted a quiet day as you have to sit on the grass with a towel and Im pregnant so that didnt suit me so we never used the pool drove to the beach instead every day.

Due to all the properties on our Finca Dona Maria being independently owned there is no way to keep sun loungers at the pool or they would be used by others, get broken or disappear no doubt, you could have carried our two light ones on the balcony down and back but I totally understand the difficulty you would have had doing so with you being pregnant, we wish you all the best and hope to welcome your return one day with your new bundle of joy. Weve just arrived home after spending a week in this apartment. I have to say we were very impressed, both with the apartment and the helpful tips and advice from the owner and Sue in Spain. The apartment has everything needed for a real holiday home away from home. The balcony was fantastic, really big and a suntrap from lunchtime until sunset, we experienced 32 degrees most days and subsequently spent nearly all our time outside. Wed never visited Benalmadena before and we enjoyed it very much especially the old town. All in all a great apartment, cant recommend it highly enough, wish we were still there!

very clean well kept apartment. great views. would recomend car hire as it makes everywhere more accessable eg. supermarket , beach and visiting surrounding area. The apartment has an underground garage which is handy to keep the car cool . Derek the owner was very helpful giving us lots of advice and info before our holiday. Also Sue and Jane in Spain were very helpful and could be contacted at any time.

Great property. Spacious, well equipt and relaxing. Very large balcony-fabulous for outdoor dining, sunbathing and generally chilling out. Very comfy beds, and efficient air cond. Nice quiet pool which we often had to ourselves...in August! . Quiet location about 20 mins walk from beach. I would def recommend.

A beautiful, luxurious, well furnished, home from home and more , apartment. Every mod con available, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge, spacious accommodation, two bathrooms, extensive terrace, secure, safe environment. Air conditioning, apartment spotless and sleeps up to 6 people. All in all a beautiful,luxurious apartment offering all qualities and more located in beautiful surroundings allowing a fantastic, relaxing holiday.

Hi Derek Just wanted to let you know how pleased and impressed we were with your apartment last week. It was especially good to have comfortable accommodation being we chose the 1 weekend of rain this year!! We had 1 day on the beach, but torrential rain and cloud the rest of the time. Sitting in a restaurant at Puerto Banus we could have been in Brighton! But we had a car so got out and about. Your apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, we felt at home immediately and it contained everything we could possibly need. 19 Sept - 26th Oct 2007Amazing apartment, balcony area had us enjoying every evening outside.Home from home style apartment, well equipped, DVD's + books made it special, beds were very comfy. Taxi's very prompt but be sure to say 'Finca Dona Maria -Las Azaleas' when ordering. The Marina was beautiful at night, a bit pricey but worth a night out 'Tex Mex Grill '(business card in info book) has the most amazing food and atmosphere - Slightly hidden round the back of Marina near Burger King but be sure to book as they are always busy. For fishing trips get down to Marina early to catch the bast trips. Owners very helpful & friendly. Excellent holiday ! Will return soon. Jess, Ash, Rich & Maria. Sheffield South Yorkshire
