Sleeps 2 people. Studio reformed in 2010.

I was satisfied with the excellent location of the property and that the building had controlled access. I never met the manager/rental representative of the apartment. He sent an associate to meet us, who did not know the location of the apartment. We wandered around the building with our luggage for quite a while before locating the right apartment. I was concerned that if any problems surfaced in the middle of the night with the apartment (broken pipe, broken water heater, tripped a breaker, etc.), there was no one on-site to help us and we were on our own. When I called to arrange for check-out, the representative was not accomodating to my solution due to the departure schedule, and we could not agree. Finally, after running out of time on the pay phone, I stated that I had no choice but to leave the keys in the apartment, since we were leaving at 4:30 AM and there would be no one in the building, nearby, or the neighbors, to receive the keys from us. Although this rental was an overall good experience for us, I felt I took a huge risk with my accomodations - it could have gone very wrong and I am not sure if I would do it again in the future. I would recommend it to a friend, but I would also share the disadvantages, especially with check-in, check-out, and potential problems during the night. Thanks.

The apartment is self catering and all clients are given a 24 hour contact number,in addition there is a contact card with all numbers located in the apartment, I appologise for not meeting the client personally but I was not given an arrival time by the client as requested and because i was not able to wait around al day i was forced to request a friend to meet the guests. If we are advised of the precise arrival time (As we request at the time of booking) this is not a problem.With regards to the departure because the client was leaving at 4.30 am it is normal for clients leaving at very early or very late times for them just to leave the keys in the apartment (WE do offer an out of hours check in and out service but obviously there needs to be an extra charge for this). However i am happy that the client found the apartment an overall good experience.
