This beautiful third floor apartment has only recently been newly furnished in a contemporary style that is in keeping with its stunning location. There are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and super kingsize beds (can be split into 2 singles upon request), and two bathrooms (one en-suite) both with bath, shower, wc and bidet. Access to the apartment is via stairs or lift. There is also a security phone connection to the complexs front door. It is our intention to provide our guests with a level of luxury usually associated with a First Class hotel suite these facilities include three speed remote control ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge/dining areas, Smart TV, DVD, CD and surround sound speakers and two large sofa beds.

The apartment has two balconies one off the main lounge/dining area with southerly facing views towards the Isla Grosa and one off the master bedroom overlooking the marina. The second bedroom also has french doors that open out to a viewing area overlooking the marina and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron are also provided in the utility area, which also houses the electric hot water boiler. The whole apartment has room by room thermostatically controlled under floor heating for use throughout the winter months.

A full set of linen and towels are provided for our guests use - although please bring your own beach towels!

Local Facilities/La Manga/Costa Calida
The location and quality of this accommodation should ensure a happy and enjoyable holiday for you and your family or friends when staying in La Manga. The apartment forms part of a new development with two large communal swimming pools available for residents and guest use only. There are a number of restaurants within short walking distance and the Tomas Maestre Marina is just a 15 minute walk where there are many restaurants and bars. The beaches of both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are also both within a 5 minute walk. The Med beach is only 120 metres from the main entrance to the complex, with the Mar Menor beach being only 200 metres. There is a well stocked supermarket within a 150 metres with numerous other shopping facilities along the La Manga strip which operates a regular bus service and tourist road train throughout the year. The nearest golf course is Veneziola Golf www.veneziola-golf.com is approximately 1 mile further along the strip offering 9 holes and a driving range. Green fees are from only 15 euros for 9 holes with a day ticket costing only 27 euros including lunch.

The importance of the location of Los Miradores del Puerto is signified by it being chosen for the only five star hotel along the La Manga strip. La Manga area Flights & Car Hire
There are few places in the world where nature has provided the necessary conditions to convert them into virtual paradises. There are also very few locations in the world where this privilege is doubled by environmental and geographic aspects. La Manga is one of them.

La Manga is located on the Costa Calida ("warm coast") in Murcia. This area of Spain has one of the healthiest climates in the world, with around 300 days of sunshine each year.

In Spanish "La Manga" means "the sleeve", and from a distance it looks like an arm stretching out across the Mediterranean. La Manga is a strip of land 22 kilometres in length with sandy beaches that run along both sides. The strip has an average width of 300m and stretches from the fishing village of Cabo de Palos in the south to San Pedro in the north. The strip acts as a barrier between the Mediterranean on one side, and the Mar Menor on the other.

The Mar Menor ("little sea" in Spanish) is Europes largest salt-water lagoon with calm, warm waters. Its popular with people who enjoy watersports such as wind-surfing and kite-surfing. Scuba-diving is also a popular sport in La Manga and theres a range of diving schools catering for everyone, whether youre a beginner or a pro. One of the most popular dives is the dive around Isla Grosa, which takes you through the beautiful quartz caves.

Near La Manga is the Calblanque Nature Reserve, a protected area since 1987 and a nature reserve since 1992, and one of the last untouched areas on the Mediterranean coast. Even today it remains a site of unrivalled natural beauty.

The nearest cities to La Manga are Cartegena and Murcia. The closest towns are Los Belones, Cabo de Palos, Los Nietos and Mar de Cristal.

we had an amazing time here.it was everything it said it would be and more. The transfers were easy and the meet and greet was brilliant. The wheelchair access was ok but we struggled with the bathroom a bit. This is the perfect place to come for a relaxing, hot beach holiday. Will definitely think about coming back. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at La Manga in July . From being picked up at the airport to being dro pped off to fly home the whole experience was very enjoyable. It took a while to get used to the fact that the area was mainly residential and that for meals out at night you had to catch the bus along the strip or, as we did, walk over the bridge and down to the marina(about 25 mins) or to The Paquebote (similar time),However, given that during our stay the bulk of visitors were Spanish we found ourselves having picnics on the beach-still busy at 9 at night and watching the sun go down, which was superb.The sea is great for children here as even fifty yards out you are not up to your waist. We only went on one trip-to Cartagena-worth it for the Roman theatre but consequently had a relaxing fortnight Lastly, when there was a problem with the boiler it was sorted very quickly, so all in all a very relaxing time.

Just to let you know that both Wendy and I enjoyed our stay at your apartment in La Manga. It was a well kept and spacious apartment in a good location. It was nice to see the glorious sunsets from the balcony and to observe the boats leaving and entering the marina opposite. Although it was the closed season it did not put us off going on walks and local bus rides. It was nice to wake up to the sun in morning instead of the dreary wet and overcast weather we had back in the UK. We found the local people in the supermarkets and restaurants very helpful and friendly, even with our limited spanish! Jo and John looked after us very well and sorted out any problems (minor) we had expediently and arranged for taxis for both me and Wendy as required. We would both consider staying at your apartment again some time in the future.

We were extremely pleased with our luxury apartment at La Manga. It had the most spectacular views from every window and lovely balconies. The apartment itself was extremely clean and spacious, and had all you could wish for a lovely holiday. Many TV channels in English, wireless internet, several nicely decorated rooms fully fitted with all you could possibly need, two bathrooms, all rooms with the most fabulous cooling ceiling fans. A lovely welcome pack on arrival and wonderful kitchen. Outside there are two large swimming pools situated amongst a lovely leafy patio area with decorated benches, trees and childrens play park. . A reasonably priced supermarket is located within a few minutes walk and you are surrounded by beautiful harbourside restaurants and beaches. Buses run regularly on the road not far from the building and you can easily travel along the la manga strip, or even into Cartagena. La Manga itself has something for everyone, quiet or lively places, beaches from two oceans and a stunning lagoon. There are markets and unspoilt, uncrowded beaches, also fairgrounds, childrens play parks, boat trips. all night shopping at Zocco, and a active nightlife within a stones throw but far enough away not to keep you awake at night or spoil your peace. You could even just sit on one of the balconies and watch the boats go by on the river or watch the waves on the sea. There is nothing that I could fault about this apartment or the people who run it. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially when a member of our party suddenly became seriously ill and was rushed and admitted to hospital for the majority of our holiday. Joanne, a member of staff, laid on an emergency taxi for the children, provided them with emergency food, doing all she could at a moments notice and gave regular text updat es of the situation whilst I was at the hospital until I could return. I dont think anyone who booked this luxury apartment could ever be disappointed as it is a real gem of a find and very reasonably priced with everything that you could possibly need. You would have a lovely holiday.

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days in this lovely third floor apartment. The location is by far the most appealing on La Manga strip and spent many hours just watching the boats go by. The complex pool is large, very clean and well looked after which kept the children amused. We had a car but it was not really needed apart from to get to and from the airport and on the occasional trip off the strip to the aqua park in Murcia. There are numerous beaches to choose from and a holiday highlight was watching the beautiful sunset from the local beach bar. There are several restaurants and bars locally but the ones at the marina are not to be missed. Had a very enjoyable holiday and cant wait to return again soon.

We had a wonderful time in La Manga. The appartment was just perfect, lovely panoramic views in a beautiful location. It was spacious and nicely presented. The beaches were literally a stroll away. The whole family including our young children loved it and we will certainly recommend it to our friends and family and visit again ourselves.
Thank you for the use of your apartment in La Manga. We had a lovely time starting with a warm welcome from Dave who had also been kind enough to leave supplies of tea, milk & wine as we arrived late and the shops had closed. The apartment was more than we could have hoped for, spacious, clean and the views stunning. We spent lots of time on the balconies looking at the fabulous views and watching the boats go by. The location was ideal and everything we needed was on the doorstep. We had a couple of boat trips and enjoyed the sun bathing and swimming both in the sea and the pool. The local restaurants were great, but we enjoyed the balcony views from the apartment so much that we did most of our wining and dining there! It was nice to buy fresh produce from the local supermarket and try a bit of Spanish cooking in the spacious, clean and well supplied kitchen. This was a truly restful break which has enabled us to recharge our batteries, now I am back at work thoughts of sitting out on the balcony of your apartment keeps me going through the more stressful times. Once again thank you very much and a big thank you to Dave and family.

The airport transfers that you arranged for us were extremely efficient. We were also very lucky that all flights were on time if not early! Who needs a travel agent? The apartment and location were ideal from our perspective, with beautiful views overlooking the harbour. The location is very quite which we loved, but there are many very good restaurants within a short walk and many more within a short drive. You also have the port very close within a 10 – 15 min walk which is great place to explore and just watch the day go by. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything you we needed for our stay in La Manga.
I recently spent time with friends in a JonesVillas property in La Manga; Spain. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with entertainment centre and all necessities for a comfortable holiday, with some impressive personal touches to the décor and great views of the area, both lagoon and the ocean from the two balconies. The main balcony was especially good for all to sit and visit together.We were quite happy to relax in the apartment and use the huge (clean!) pool at the complex. However, we discovered it was well worth an exploration of the area; finding bars and restaurants on the beachfront, water sport facilities walking distance from apartment as well as shops stocked with delicious local food and drink for our stay.I would recommend JonesVillas to anyone: they provided professional service from start to finish and the accommodation was ideal. It was a bonus being able to take a “virtual tour” of the property before booking too. My friends and I knew exactly what to expect - and we were not disappointed. Good job, Jones Villas!
