This three bedroom Penthouse Apartment is situated at the heart of San Roque Golf, overlooking the fifth hole of this magnificent course. The property has been finished to a high standard, both inside and out and offers a range of modern conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen, bright dining area and an extra large living room which offers a 42 inch plasma television, DVD player, and satellite television with all free to air channels along with 2 large south-westerly facing terraces offering you sun all day along with fantastic views across the golf course and to the hills beyond.

This property offers 3 spacious en suite bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin bedrooms) and will sleep up to 6 guests. All accommodation is on the one level, offering ease of access to all guests. The property also benefits from a double garage which will accommodate up to 2 cars along with a storage area and parking for a golf buggy.

It is just seconds walk from the nearest pool area and is just a short distance from the resort clubhouse with its chic bars and restaurants.

All towels and bedding are included and a weekly cleaning service and delivery of fresh towels and bedding is provided.

Apart from the two golf courses in San Roque itself there are approximately 6 other established golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the property, to include Valderrama which is no more than a five minute drive from the property.

Gibraltar airport is located just fifteen minutes from the resort and Malaga Airport is approximately one hour away.

The town of Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro is located nearby and offers a wide range of restaurants / bars and shops to include Supercor and Mercadona Supermarkets. The port of Sotogrande which offers an extensive range of bars and restaurants is located under ten minutes from the property. Gibraltar is located just fifteen minutes away, and Tarifa on the Atlantic coast with its fabulous beaches is within forty minutes drive. There are many historic white villages and a national park all located within 30 minutes drive of the property.

On exiting Malaga airport take the Algeciras / Cadiz exit and about 4 kilometres approx from the airport you will see a sign for the motorway, IE The "Autopista Del Sol". Once on the motorway it is one hours drive approx to San Roque Golf. You take exit 127 and follow the directions for San Roque Golf which is 1 kilometre approx from the exit.

Extra charges
A once weekly cleaning service is included in the rate. Further cleaning and linen changes are available but will be subject to an additional charge.

Restricted mobility (As the property offers level access in from the street and all bedrooms and living spaces are located on the ground floor the property is suitable for individuals with limited mobility. It is not however suitable for those who are fully wheelchair bound.)
Pets (Dogs and cats are accepted at the property. A security deposit of £150.00 is payable and will be returned upon departure once the property has been checked. Please note that if extra cleaning is required as a result fo your pet the cost of it will be deducted from the security deposit.)
