This authentic Majorcan townhouse is spread across 3 floors with a large sunny garden offers a perfect holiday base for family groups, friends, walkers and cyclists who want to enjoy the lovely atmosphere and countryside of north-west Mallorca. Situated in the old town of Soller, in a gorgeous valley famous for its orange and lemon trees and incredible mountain views, the house is just 15 minute walk from the picturesque square.
The house has 3 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is has a comfortable Double Bed with plenty of storage space and access to the large Balcony. The second Bedroom also has a Double Bed. Thirdly, another Double Bed . All the Bedrooms are bright and airy.
There is a beautiful Family Bathroom with a Bath and Shower, WC, and Porcelain Wash Basin.
The Dining Room has a Large Wooden Dining Table with seating for 6 and leads through to the Living Area where there are three Sofas.
The Kitchen is Fully Equipped with Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and a Washing Machine.

The Garden gets all day sunshine and has a BBQ and offers Outdoor Dining Tables and Chairs to make the most of the majestic views of the town and surrounding mountains in the warm evenings with a glass of wine.
Soller is a lively market town and there is no shortage of good restaurants, cafes and shops. Nearby are the beautiful villages of Deia and Fornalutx and the amazing Tramuntana mountain range, which are a magnet for walkers and cyclists. For beach-lovers, the family-friendly resort of Port Soller is just 3km away and can be reached on foot, by bike, car or on the vintage tram. All TV/WiFi facilities in the town. . Nearby is a wonderful river walk and glorious lemon, orange and fig trees. The town of Soller has art museums, restaurants and an easy-going cafe society. An old tram runs through the main square, to the port with its beautiful natural bay and beaches.

Linen and Towels are Provided. Parking is available on site .
A log fire is there for the colder months.

We were sold this property as a four bedroom and since our complaint it is now advertised as a three bed. Soller is beautiful, the house well situated, though the neighbours are really noisy of a night time. Two elderly men play their radio or television at full volume all hours of the night, and until we were given sufficient fans had to sleep with the windows open or we would of melted. The house itself had half broken furniture and is an ongoing project rather then a well equipped holiday home. This property has the potential to be a great place to stay but needs repairs and some upgrading in basic facilities, in the kitchen in particular, and some attention paid to the shutters which are not very secure. Overall, I would not recommend this property, and I would suggest that at present there are only two decent bedrooms, and one other which only has access through the main bedroom. The attic is in the process of being converted and wasn't in a fit state for occupancy when we were there. For a group who want their own bedrooms with their own access, then I suggest that this is really a TWO BEDROOM property with a another bedroom attached, and an unwelcoming attic with a manky old sofa bed.
