When entering the house you reach the generous living/dining area where there is a cozy fireplace, dining table 2 sofas, television with satellite channels and WiFi. In the fully equipped American kitchen you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.

In total there are 3 bedrooms with fans (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bathtub).
All rooms are on the ground floor, the upper area is used for storage.
There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. These work by coin slot (1€ for 2 hours).

This property with swimming pool is distinguished by the beauty and care of the outdoor area. In the garden you will find all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several cozy rest areas. There is also a barbecue and a table tennis table available.

On the terrace there are comfortable sun loungers and the 4x6 meters swimming pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.
