THE VILLA has 2 terraces upstairs and a pine beamed mezzanine with kitchen and bedroom suite with coffee table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the lovely scenery or have breakfast or snacks overlooking the garden and pool on the terraces.
The large front terrace wraps round the villa ideal for alfresco dining and an electric point outside enables barbeque and TV possibilities. Dining table for 8 people and sofa seating offers comfort and pretty views over the flowered garden and beyond to the park, where there are swings and tennis courts.
There are 2 further bedrooms one master with en-suite and a main bathroom. The other bedroom is available for disabled use with an electric bed and a further single there is also a wheelchair available .
THERE ARE BARS AND RESTAURANT'S IN WALKING DISTANCE AND A TOURIST ATTRACTION SANCTUARY, CAVES RIVER AND RESEVOUIR FOR FISHING, WINE TOURS, SPAR TRIPS, LOTS TO DO.

There is hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, and a log burning stove in the lounge, AND CENTRAL HEATING IN WINTER which has a pine beamed ceiling raising to the mezzanine with Spanish drop lighting. The Lounge which is large has 2 3 seater sofas and a chair and foot rest. There is also a dining table and chairs for fine dining and a dresser with china. A large shelving cupboard has tourist information and shelving for books and maps and information on the house and surrounding area.
The Kitchen downstairs is well equipped with microwave oven, grill, separate convection oven, hob, and extractor with chip fryer, kettle, welcome tray and all you need to prepare some lovely fresh food from the Friday market, or indoor market in the Grand Via. There is a Fridge freezer and Freezer and drinks fridge, to make cocktails, or long cool beers and an automatic washing machine all of which are new. There is also diner sets and cooking utensils, coffee mugs and pots and cooking dishes and trays.
The bread man calls daily at the house if you leave the bread bag out at the gate with a euro. So catch his van and see the other delights on offer.
The dining area seats 8 indoors and there is seating for 10 outside downstairs and 4 upstairs. There is also sofa seating for 4 outside and TV point and a 4 burner gas barbeque for larger parties or an electric one for smaller groups, so lots of different areas to relax in the house and outside in the garden.
There is Lots of fun for the children in the 10x4 pool with gazebo for shade and umbrella and sun beds, with safety body suits for the little ones and floats. There are white towels for the house and pool, but Beach towels for beach trips and a range of toys for the pool can be purchased at the 2 Chinese Outlets, with other beach things chairs and floats and a mirage of other items . Spanish Telephone's, batteries, clothes, hats etc. Purchase presents to take home such as fine wine from Jumilla and other contraband and lots of other Spanish items scarves clothes toys can be purchased in town.
The town is comprehensive with banks, butchers many bakers with lots of café bars and restaurants and a choice of take away foods, fresh fish and vegetables clothes, sports shops, and all you need. With a square and children' s play park and lots of entertainment where you can relax with a beer, coffee or ice cream and watch the world go by. There are hotels and a Tourist information to assist you and a Friday market, that sells hot chicken and fresh foods and clothes and shoes, towels, bedding and the like which is a family meeting day to enjoy the company and ambience of the grand via.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and side tables with lighting switches over, which overlooks the pool area It has a separate en-suite bathroom, with shower and bidet. It has fitted wardrobes and a desk with wall light. All rooms have ceiling fans lights and have the best quality mattresses and bed linen and towels and is very comfortable. The rooms are light and airy and overlook the garden, at the front from the lounge there are Patio Doors leading to the Naya a large wrap around terrace overlooking the garden and park where we enjoy lots of good food and company and relax. There are a number of flowering pots for you to water during your stay to keep them fresh, and the children may enjoy this too.There is a Car Port and parking for several cars with double gates and parking also outside.
While the Grand Via is tree lined with fountains and the Bars Restaurants and Cafés have seating outside for families to enjoy the al fresco dining in the precinct. While some are open till 3 am there is Hotel dining Disco and garden dining with tapas and lots of opportunity to enjoy the fiestas and craft market with pony rides. The bakery, also sells ice cream and is a café bar, and visiting groups and singers and flamenco, or Drum bands offer live entertainment. The Sanctuary has a restaurant and is beside the River Argos with a bar and games area with barbeques, shop play park museum and walks.
There is also an outdoor concert hall with caf'e near the fountain in the grand via which offers concerts and live bands which are televised, there are also indoor concert hall libruary and stationers and a Cinema. Flamenco dancers, and dressage horses dance in the Bull ring to cheers as the young dance groups and teams put on spectacular shows. The festival of Bulls is in September.
There is a Tourist information office to book trips and tours to help you enjoy your stay at the property and essential information in the house about the 24 hr medical centre and other important details.
There are beautiful beaches and diving and boat trips and water sports and lots of activities for children including go carts, and for adults a Motorbike race course and GOLF. 2 CITIES Murcia AND CARTAGENA
to visit with cathedral, and historic Cartagena has beautiful carved coffee shops and boutiques.
Festivals and wine tours, tapas trails, safari bike outings diner dances, and river raft racing or canoeing, also horse riding, caving, pot holing, fishing and castles and other town visits are available and can be booked in advance, via the leaflets or by visiting the tourist information office.
Lorca Caravaca Cohegin Mulla all have markets and Mercadona, and other shopping experiences some like Caravaca have waking tours and a Monastery and is the third holy city. While Cohegin has Tapas bus runs to the old part of town so you can try different wares. This is truly a Spanish experience just 6 miles away.
There are leaflets and offers in a file at the property, with suggestions, maps and there is a train service a mile away to Alicante, Valencia, Murcia and Madrid and Cartegena and beyond for longer trips to Granada and Seville should you wish to explore. So if you wish to have activities there is also a TENNIS COURT, mountain biking, hiking and there are 3 gyms locally for you to try.
There is plenty of scope or if you wish to relax by the pool and enjoy A BARBEQUE WHICH IS NEW AND THE GAZEBO TO HELP WITH KEEPING YOU COOL WHILE YOU ASSIST THE CHILDREN or play games.
The local Eng/Spanish cuisine is 5 minutes walk away where there are 2 restaurants and a further 5 minutes will get you to a Spanish garden restaurant with live bands at the weekend. Walk towards the Sanctuary and you will reach Los Lomas restaurant and a little further is the Restaurant at the Santuary. Another is at the nearby campsite. The town is 5 mins drive where there are over a hundred bars restaurants and 4 Hotels with a variety of cuisine and ambiances where you can enjoy entertainment of the live bands, choirs, flamenco dancers in the Spanish square .At the weekends.
There is also lots of free entertainment in the concert hall outdoor and indoor with live bands, choirs, flamenco dancing team and dressage horses to name but a few, and a cinema. There are visiting Craft fairs, Circus, and drum bands. Whilst the craft fair offers time to relax and enjoy the individual opportunities to browse at the jewellery stalls and gifts and clothes and rugs and pony rides with traps for the children. You can also walk to bars and restaurants,and listen to live music in the gardens which on a weekend wafts through the local woods from the woodland restaurant garden where you can also get authentic Spanish or English food and you can relax in the garden and listen and enjoy it . It is indeed a beautiful place with wild red squirrels, and pine trees. And it is delicious to all the senses so you feel happy and at peace at the end of an enjoyable day, watching late into the evening the starlit night skies and sunsets that are so beautiful.
THE POOL AND GARDEN
The pool is at the back of the house with 3 steps and a gazebo area for shade and sunbeds, floats,canopies and umbrella table and chairs and an outdoor shower, and all you would need to enjoy the pool. There is a pool casita and garage for gardening tools and lights for the pool area in the balmy summer nights where you can enjoy a meal and some laughter over a bottle of the local wine. There is TV DVD Internet, games, books and tourist information with free entry to some of the things in the area all described in a file along with instructions of the house and emergency numbers and hospital details. There are gates to secure the pool and stairs for children and fire safety equipment and alarms installed. There is also Securitas Direct house alarm for your peace of mind.
EATING OUT AND ENTERTAINMENT
Dining with families and late night disco's bars/tapas and other foods on the menu till 3 am in summer. There is a tourist attraction nearby, with a sanctuary beside the river with restaurant serving lots of local foods, who offer fine dining and local paela with lots of adventure activities, canoeing. The reservoir offers fishing and there is caving safari bikes and river rafting on offer. Bestro Dining at the beginning of town near the Petrol station or Hotel Dining on the road to Caravaca or in the 2 hotels in town, Chinese Pitza Kebab take away' s are also available. Hot Spanish food take away good meals are before the traffic lights before donates on the right, In the narrow side street the very best chicken.
Castles and rice tours and museums and a tourist information office, assist with tours, and local towns nearby have walking tours and monstery visits, as well a wine tours. The roman town of Lorca is very interesting and has chariot racing 10 abreast displaying white ROMAN horses on festival days which is televised. Two Cities to choose from Murcia and Cartegena has cathedrals water world and bike racing and old world charm, with the cruise ships visiting Cartegena. a tree top trail and swimming pool for young children, and lots of nautical museums and entertainment is available at both Madrid and football is just 2 hours by train from the town. Caravacca has a wine horse festival of beautiful horses.
The beaches of the coastal lake of the Mar menor The Little sea Aquallias Cartegena Mazarron Guadamar Torriveja and hundreds of bays lie nearby and are very beautiful.
Lots to choose from with white sand and lovely panoramic views bas restaurants and ice cream parlor's. Lots of shopping and stalls to visit, go carts, diving snorkelling and boat rides, beach bars all you need, each different and a treat to behold especially the Mar menor or little sea a coastal lake.
