The apartment is small but with good cut with small pitch (our car had just 8cm distance to the neighbor car). Cleanliness is not very important here. We had to clean the apartment first. The beach is about 5 minutes. Stand center can be reached in about 20 minutes.

The location is very good, the collection of keys is not very flexible, you lose an entire morning when you have to pick them up at four in the afternoon. For the price of the apartment, the wifi would have to be free.
