Unique cosy studio in a characteristic villa with a gorgeous surrounding gardens. Very quiet location in a non touristy area of Santa Cruz. Short drive away from beaches.

Nice studio in private single property with big exuberant garden. Very quiet location, midway to discover Tenerife. An 9 minutes car ride will take you to two different nearby beaches, a volcanic black sand beach and another sand and rocky border with terrases for sun bathing conected by a promenade with restaurants and coffeshops. Diving excursions available.

Renting a car is highly recomended to reach the property and to move around Tenerife. Bus service is very limited in this neighbourhood.

The island’s main city Santa Cruz is just a 15 minutes ride: restaurants, pubs, shopping, fine pedestrian areas, parks, museums, etc. Going past Santa Cruz, you can relax in playa Las Teresitas. Up the road you may go to Anaga Mountains and discover by car or walking excursions the Laurisilva, unique forest from prehistoric times. Only twenty minutes distance from home, La Laguna, historic city with beautiful traditional architecture, Unesco’s World Heritage, a good place to stroll along.
For walking excursion through the forest, you can head up to La Esperanza. Continuing the same road visit the Teyde volcano and its surrondings. Breathtaking views and astonishing changing landscapes: midway hills, canary pine forests, volcanic scennery, cable car to the summit.
The lodging is just 5 minutes from the main highway, in forty minutes you may reach touristic area of South Tenerife with beaches, promenades, malls,etc. A thirty minutes ride opposite, to the north zone of the island, Puerto de La Cruz with famous Loro Parque and La Orotava, fine conserved traditional town.

The studio has a big window to the garden. Modern and spacious furnishing. Two twin beds, sofa an single sofa. TV and Wifi. The kitchen is separated of the main space, equiped with microwave-grill, coffemaker, boiler, glass-ceramic hob, fridge and various cookware. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs
For every day shopping, closeby well supplied small supermarket with take-away food. Shopping mall and supermarkets 10 minutes car ride.

We have just returned from two glorious weeks staying at this property, which we can highly recommend.
The owner is a delightful lady who lives in the villa attached to the studio, with her family.
Nothing was too much trouble for her regarding our stay. She was very helpful in a number of ways, from recommending local places to eat or visit and for doing us a load of washing, midway through our stay (there is no washing machine in the studio itself).
The studio is attached to the main villa of the owner, which in turn is located in a pleasant, small, Spanish residential area.
The studio/villa is very secure and has its own delightful garden/patio area and undercover car parking (for the required rental car).
Because we had booked last year we also had use of the owners pool and terrace (with BBQ area & Table Tennis), which were delightful and very much appreciated due to the heatwave on the Island, at the time of our stay.
The studio is bright, modern and compact, with everything required for a very comfortable stay, including very a well stocked kitchen (crockery wise), great shower/bathroom, comfortable beds, a fan and a couple English TV channels, if required.
It was spotlessly clean and we had a change of bed linen, towels and pool towels half way through our two week stay.
The studio is located approximately 10 minutes from a local beach, 5 minutes from the main motorway, 15 minutes from Santa Cruz and 20 minutes from La Laguna. It has a couple of local supermarkets/village shops close by (within walking distance.... But the area is on a very steep slope).
Being placed in the North of the island away from the more touristy areas in the south, we found eating out costs much cheaper (we ate where the locals ate in all the area we visited).
We can highly recommend the studio, as a comfortable base for two people to explore this beautiful island.

The property is excellent for a couple .There is everything that you need .
Very clean . Very private and the owners respect your privacy at the same time they are more than helpful if needed .The pool and gardens are lovely , Pool towels are provided along with sun beds

What an amazing place and amazing hosts. We spent 3 weeks at this property and could have easily spent another 3!! It was that good not only are we going to re book but are looking to move to the area. Value for money was excellent and I would highly recommend this as a holiday to everyone. My stay at the villa was unforgettable! Both my boyfriend and I loved the atmosphere and the surroundings. A lot of the time we were very happy just to relax and chill by the pool or the barbeque! The hostess and her family were lovely and very welcoming, even providing us with a guide to get to know the area with useful information and numbers that we may need during our stay. It is out of the way from tourists and the area was quiet and peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to others, in fact, we already have! Ha! :)

The property was a lovely studio apartment attached to the main villa. The landlords were very welcoming and helped us with a help handout book, they also took us a tour of the property. Inside the apartment was very clean, in the kitchen there is a cooking hob and microwave. The bedroom was a lovely set up, with a fan included and has plenty of room for your clothes. The apartment itself was a bit tricky to find but once we got there it was actually really easy to get about as you are a 5min drive down the hill to the motorway. We had a great stay and welcome anyone to go there as you wont be disappointment. Great setup.
