April 2015 it was finalized the construction of the new swimming pool with special system of non-chlorinated water.
A harmonious 100,000m² valley hidden in the San Vicente hills, completely cut off from the troubles in the outside world, an earthly paradise hidden from modern man.
That will give you the fun and adventure you are looking for and at the same time revitalize you -- restoring your optimum vitality with practising Ibiza yoga in the morning under the mandarin or lemon trees.

Before you even step into the entrance of the Shangri-La valley, you can smell the pungent sweetness of the lush melons, watermelons and plum trees.

The valley is alive with the song of birds and you can hear the rustling of small animals on either sides of the path to the grape trees terrace. Yet, the gardens are empty of people, you will be the only visitor to this paradise.
As you wander farther into the gardens of Eden, sunlight becomes softer, filtered by the leaves of the ancient olive, fig and almond trees.

Become one with nature and re-discover your connection to the intricate web of life.

This is the perfect environment to get yourself "tuned-up" for not only the coming months, but for the rest of the year.
Discover your optimum vitality by eating your own vegetables from the potager: fresh tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, ... with fresh fish you just bought from the local Ibicenco fishermen who caught it before sunrise. (The bbq terrace is next to the kitchen and the outside dining area).

It proved a perfect combination - after a morning of Ibiza yoga on the mandarin terrace or the lemon terrace, followed by a brunch in the shades of the big orange tree, nothing seemed more appealing than a trip to the beach.

The beaches:
• Cala san Vicente, a wide sandy beach, less then 5 min away (3.2km). There's always room for your kids to play or just to lay down and enjoy the sun.

• Cala Ses Caletes, one of those beaches hidden from mass tourism to enjoy sunbathing in full privacy. Just 7min of your precious holiday time to find that peace and tranquillity also on the shores.

Even for die-hard swimmers and sunbathers, sometimes a day at the beach is anything but. You know the drill: too many people, too much noise, not nearly enough serenity to enjoy the majesty of blue skies and white-crested waves.
The good news is that there are still undiscovered beaches out there, blissful hideaways where tourism hasn’t yet eclipsed the local culture. Ses Caletes is one of them.

This Property is offered to you by the owner: the standard property rental contract is between the owner and the tenant. The services such as housekeeping, cleaning, etc. are offered by 3rd parties to you.

• The cleaning Company has no monetary involvement/participation in the rental amount
• The cleaning contract is between the Tenant and the Cleaning company
• The End Cleaning Fee of 265€ has to be paid at check-in directly to the cleaning company and includes also:
Preparing the property and bedrooms within 24h before check-in
6 sets(=6persons) of sheets & towels (1 set/person= Bed linen + towels and beds made up before check-in)
When less than 6 persons, you may request for removal of sets considering the nr of pers. occupying the property, with 15€ discount/set in the End Cleaning Fee
The End Cleaning fee does not include:
Extra sets of sheets & towels that can be ordered at 15€/set (mandatory if more than 6 persons occupy the Property)
___ The mid cleaning is at 14€+VAT/hour, with a min. of 3hours per visit, you may refuse the mid cleaning completely for maintaining your privacy.


From 1-May till 31-October: Tourist Tax of 1€/day/person>16 years of age for day 1 till 8.
Thereafter from day 9 it is 0,50€/day/person>16 years of age.
From 1-November till 30-April: Tourist Tax of 0,50€/day/person>16 years of age for day 1 till 8.
Thereafter from day 9 it is 0,25€/day/person>16 years of age.
The amount of tourist tax will depend on the number of people staying at the property including the permitted guests. Therefore, the Balearic government decided that this tax is to be paid upon arrival by the Tenant(s).

CHECK-IN: from 18:00

CHECK-OUT: until 10:00
“Early check‐in & Late Check‐out” is sometimes available depending upon other bookings and with prior written consent from the manager.
Check-in with guided tour & handover of keys until 10pm.
Late check-in fee: from 22:00 PM till 01:00AM is 50€
Late check-in fee: between 01:00AM and 07:00AM is 75€

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful country-side house. Very tranquil and next to nature, we delighted in the huge garden adjacent to the property, with fig, almond and prickly pear trees. Daily helpings of freshly laid eggs from our clucking neighbours made for a good life vacation.
The rural setting was idyllic, the drive to the house transported us into another era - nearby Cala St. Vincent was the original stomping ground of the pioneer Hippys of the 1960s and this certainly added to the carefree, nonchalant spirit of our sojourn in Ibiza. Contemporary lifestyles will be pleased that the house includes a flat screen TV, DVD and pleasantly surprising wi-fi broadband. Nearest beaches are 10 minutes away and the other side of Ibiza is another 20. Well be back!
