Situated on top of a hill, which is a peninsula, in a dreamlike scenery, that couldn’t be more fitting: white, sandy beaches suitable for children, a magnificent garden with a beach sand Yoga terrace and sun-soaked terraces with panoramic sea views.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:
Villa Wu Wei has unlimited views towards the Mediterranean Sea, including the glamorous island Tagomago, rented by the rich and famous (Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronnie Wood, etc)
225 degrees sea views, also include the Cala San Vicente beach on the right, opposite the pine-clad hills surrounding the bay and the beach Agua Blanca and Figural.
During the summer you will be able to take photos of the super yachts who anker in the bay.

3. The large sun terrace has sunlight throughout the year from sunrise to sunset due to its unique location on this mountain and is high in demand for Ibiza wedding venues:
a. The infinity whirlpool for 6 people has been totally renewed in 2017 with a non-chlorinated salt water filter system. As a result, it is also suitable for children who suffer with asthma or chlorine allergy. The whirlpool water always flows over the side circulating between the whirlpool, reservoir and 500 kg sand filter and carton filter. It is warmed by direct sunlight to provide the perfect temperate to cool off in the hot summer months. NOTE: the average temperature will be slightly higher compared to an unheated pool due to its smaller size.
b. The bar on the left overlooking the whole terrace has a large fridge, freezer and wine cooler.

• The Ibiza villa comprises an adequately well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc…
• The living room has a sound system that can play music both on the outside terrace and inside the house, giving families the chance to listen to music outside without disturbing those sleeping. Here is the only air-conditioning unit for the house located.
• 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. NOTE the white Exotic bedroom is available with a double bed or 2 single beds on request.

OCCUPANCY:
This property accommodates max. 8 GUESTS older than 24 months: of these a maximum of 6 guests OLDER than 12 years.
---Rental rates are based on a BASIC GROUP SIZE of 4 GUESTS/people older than 24 months;
---WHEN MORE THAN 4 guests: the online rental rate calculation by the bookingchannel increases automatically by 15€/night/person older than 24 months above 4 guests. However, if any extra person older than 24 months is added to the group after completion of online booking (subject to the permitted number), the rental rate of 15€/night/extra person will have to be paid upon arrival.

Beautiful villa with stunning views across the sea, lovely outdoor area, great for chilling out, barbeques, lying in hammocks and cooling off in the cold tub. Town of Cala san Vincente is lovely, relaxed beachside cafes etc., quite far from Ibiza town but its possible to get taxis or use the scooterman service (look for Papa Ilama online)

We loved our stay here. The outside space is the star, spacious and completely private, with literally a "travel magazine" view. There is a choice of areas where you can spend time and comfortable furnishings to make the most of each and a jacuzzi and outdoor shower to cool off in. The owner, Wim, was warm and welcoming. We had a mixup on our car rental and he did his best to find us one and helped us out with rides until we rented one. We would recommend staying here. The view will take your breath away every single day.

I would highly recommend this villa, beautiful setting, amazing views and the villa kept in pristine condition. It ticked all the boxes for a great family holiday with ages ranging from 5 years of age up to 83 years of age. The villa owner was extremely helpful and supportive and made us very welcome. A truly memorable stay exceeding all expectations.

When you step out onto the main terrace at Williams villa, it takes your breath away - a sea and a sky as blue as you have ever seen. You just know you are going to be living on this terrace all week - even sleeping on it! The view looks down over the bay and the beach, and out to the private island of Tago Mago where the yachts of the rich glide back and forward to a hidden harbour. At night, the moon hovers over the sea and the effect is mystical. We made full use of the outdoor bar area with its music system - listening to some chillout stuff while we sipped cold beers and bacardi & coke. I thought I had died and gone to heaven... I played my guitar to the little newts that scamper over the hot rocks, and found new and inspiring chords and ideas. When it got too hot, the family retreated into the jaccuzzi to cool off. In the evening, there is a fantastic bar down town which plays live music and serves huge cocktails. The bands perform in an area carved out of the cliffs by the sea, beneath a canopy of lights. It made an aging hippy and his family very happy! William was a real help without beign intrusive and even collected us at the airport (and sadly took us back again at the end of the week). CONS: the town is a drive rather than a walk, but you need to hire a car to make the most of the island anyway. The PROs more than make up for it though. FRAZE&JULZ

Me and my friends stayed in Cala St Vicent - the villa was better than we could have imagined, it had the most amazing view of the ocean & the coast line!!
