LIVING AREA & BALCONY
From the Entrance hall you enter the living area which can seat 5 comfortably on leather sofas. Entertainment is provide by satellite freeview TV, DVD/CD player. There are a selection of DVDs and CDs and a shelf-full of books in English. Dining for four is around a hand-made table with high-backed chairs. Full width patio doors take you from the lounge through to the balcony and the wonderful views. The partly-covered balcony has a table, chairs and sun loungers and extra sun-umbrellas.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of the 2 bedrooms has ample storage and their own small balcony. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dressing area with a huge amount of built in cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom has a walk in shower which can comfortably fit two!
KITCHEN & UTILITY AREA
The fully equipped kitchen includes, electric 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, good quality cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and serving dishes, toaster, kettle and even a coffee percolator, electric juicer and an ice-pail. A separate utility area houses the washing machine and laundry and cleaning equipment.
The hot/cold climate control is built into the superstructure of the apartment and is not supplied by portable or wall mounted units. The whole of the apartment can therefore be kept at a comfortable temperature, centrally controlled.
Internet connection is by means of a 3G USB dongle plugged into your laptop (not compatible with a tablet). You can connect anywhere; by the pool, on the beach, in your car or at a bar, wherever there is a signal. If you require Internet connection, please request this at the time of booking.
GARDEN & POOL
The communal gardens and pool are beautifully maintained, secluded and private. There are plenty of sunbeds and fixed sunshades for the small number of users, so no need to “reserve” a sub-bed!
The entire complex is surrounded by evergreen trees and is in a sheltered valley.
The Grade A tennis court has recently been relaid and is in superb condition. It is a few minutes stroll away and is available to residents free of charge.
Parking is in the underground secure garage, with lift access to the apartment.

THE BARE NECESSITIES
Our local "hub", less than 1 km away caters for most everyday needs; the mini-market is open 365 days until 2:00 am, there are two restaurants and two bars, an ATM machine and a laundry. The All-in-One bar will also deliver food to the apartment and you can hire DVDs from there. Two large supermarkets are 5 mins away, as you enter San Pedro de Alcantara, where there is also a 24 hour pharmacy, English speaking doctor and dentist.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
If it’s a touch of real Spain you are looking for then go no further than San Pedro, which even boasts its own lake where you can cable-ski or take a boat out The beach & promenade stretch for 3 km and you will never feel crowded-out. It's a thriving self-sufficient little town, which accommodates tourists in its delightful local bars and restaurants. There are no pubs and no nightclubs! In complete contrast, if you want to mix with the jet-set, Puerto Banus is 10 minutes away. Try dinner overlooking the marina or designer shopping in its many boutiques. Ostentatious it is but you won't get bored! Benahavis is an 11 km drive and is a really pretty village with many restaurants around the central square and a good place to visit in the early evening.
Many top quality golf courses are within short driving distance. Selwo Safari park, the largest in Europe is just 15 min away and a wonderful experience for all the family
THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO GO
All the following towns and places are worth a visit:
Marbella, the hub of the Costa del Sol, for shopping and fine-dining. Go to Orange Square in the heart of old Marbella surrounded by bars and restaurants. Ronda a fantastic 45 minute mountain drive. First Bull-ring in the world was built here. Casares & Mijas, great examples of “white villages”. Estepona and Duquesa, to say you’ve been. Sotogrande, the most exclusive private estate in Europe - see how the other half live. Gibraltar (need your Passport). Take the tour up the Rock and see the museum and monkeys or take a boat trip dolphin & whale watching. Tarifa is a world-centre for wind-surfing. There are zoos, aqua parks, aquariums, museums (the Picasso Museum in Malaga has the largest collection of the artist's paintings in the world). The caves at Nerja are fabulous! There is something for all the family. And if it all get too much, just cool off and relax by the pool!
