Beautifully furnished fourth floor one bedroom apartment located in a fantastic position within Golf del Sur with shared pool. Large balcony overlooking the pool and sea front with stunning views.
This lovely 1 bedroom Apartment offers wonderful sea views.
The apartment is particularly comfortable and offers good quality accommodation. A Plasma TV, surround sound, remote control lights and fans are all examples of the extra touches that increase the popularity of the apartment.
It now also has a mobile air conditioning unit too!
Situated on the 4th floor it has fantastic position within the complex. With a large balcony overlooking the pool and the Atlantic ocean, you are guaranteed to offer stunning views!
Although it's on the 4th floor, you actually enter on this floor. This is because the complex slopes down towards the sea, so when you get to the balcony you are still high up which is why you get those lovely views!
Inside the apartment you can see the Altantic from virtually every room! With those delightful balcony's sitting over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore!
The kitchens are fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists of two sofa's, a radio/cassette/cd player, A DVD Player, V, Surround Sound and Satellite television with BBC1,2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports one. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony.
The bedroom consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV and DVD player! The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean.
The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly. The main doors to reception are kept locked so it is very safe and secure. It's very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The apartment has its own private underground parking space.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.

This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company who have staff in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur.
After you have booked, their details will be sent to you so. They will also contact you with a map and your key collection details prior to your stay and of course can answer any further queries you may have. We stayed in 414 for one week. We were already familiar with the apartment block having stayed in another apartment in previous years. The key collection instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean and the views were lovely but we did have some issues, as follows :
There was a sign saying not to use the sofa bed in the lounge which doubled as the sofa as the mechanism was broken. We had no intention of using it as a bed but as a sofa it was almost unusable. Due to the damage, it was unbelievably uncomfortable to sit on and gave the feeling of imminent collapse. There was a small two seater available, but this had a very wobbly arm and was too small for two people to realistically and comfortably sit on. The managing agents were quick to respond to an email and apologised, stating that a replacement would arrive the week after we were due to leave!
There was no 'welcome' book with instructions on how to use the various appliances (air con unit, tv/satellite, wifi code etc) but we managed to work it all out. It would have been nice to have had a folder containing this info along with emergency numbers, suggested places to visit/eat, info on Tenerife etc.
The cutlery & pots and pans were quite basic and of a poor quality (the frying pans all having been burnt in the past). There we no vegetable peeler. The bottom plates were all sticky on the undersides (grease??).
We had been informed that there was not the use of a parking space and it had been suggested we leave our rental car somewhere outside nearby. However, hanging on the wall of the apartment was a remote for the underground carpark doors. I emailed for clarification and was told that there was, in fact, a space allocated and so for the last 5 days we used it.
The bath needs a non slip mat in the base as becomes very slippery and hazardous when wet and standing in the shower.
These are all fairly minor points (apart from the sofa) and communication was fast and apologetic from the agents.
The apartment was decorated nicely, had a very comfortable bed and we enjoyed a relaxed week in the sunshine and warmth.
Lovely apartment with lovely views and close to all amenities
This was a lovely clean home from home apartment in a really nice friendly area. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything you needed, the pool and common areas were spotless.I would only say that the key collection arrangements would have been very difficult for us to have completed on our own. Luckily we had the lovely taxi driver Lynn assist us with the collection. It was very dark, unlit, and not very clear. However everything else was top class, and planning to visit again next year.
We would just like to say thank your a lovely Holiday at Agamarina.
It was exactly as described we had a lovely chilled week away, very homely. Home from home just with a better view, the ocean.
We will be contacting the owner to make a further booking for February if its available.
Would def recommend it.
This apartment is one of the best I have stayed in. I loved the interior decor which flowed throughout the property. The bed is very comfortable with the added bonus of the mattress topper. The only thing missing from this apartment is a safe. I would and have already recommended this apartment to other people. Can't wait to visit the apartment again.
