Modern second floor one bedroom apartment in Aguamarina, Golf Del Sur with a large balcony, wi -fi and fantastic views of the sea and communal pool area. Walking distance to the seafront promenade.
This 2nd floor 1 bedroom Apartment is modern, well furnished and is situated in a fantastic position within the complex. The large balcony overlooks the pool and the Atlantic ocean with stunning views!
Inside the apartment you can see the Altantic from both the bedroom and the lounge. With those delightful balconys sitting over the Atlantic.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists of 2 sofa beds (each folds into a double), A DVD Player and Satellite television with BBC1 and ITV. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony.
The apartment has recently had w-fi internet installed.
The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean. There is a washing machine.
The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly. The main doors to reception are kept locked so it is very safe and secure. Its very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.

Very good Location but was not very clean and a few things were brooking. No big issues but a little disturbing, broken extractor for example. Reaction on that was very good, quickly repairing! Please clean and repair the curtains! That will help the overall impression when you enter the appartment.
We had an excellen stay in Aguamarina, a residential apartment block and an area of Tenerife, we know extremely well. It is close to a variety of restaurants and for those staying for longer periods a variety of supermarkets are nearby.
For those wishing to go further afield car hire is available also local buses are Inexpensive and easy to use.
Guests staying in February should consider a trip to the carnival in Santa Cruz, we really enjoyed a 2 night trip to the capital to see it.
My one contact with the management company, responsible for the upkeep of the apartment was dealt with extremely promptly and efficiently.
Nice apartment with a good view of the pool and sea area. Enjoyed my stay especially the sunshine on the balcony during the morning.
The apartment was just as described in the article and the pictures. The beds and towels are changed evert 10 days but if required for a small charge of 10 euros they can be changed at any time, but there is a washing machine. The pool is heated all year around and cleaned everyday and was always quiet. We never used the cooking facilities as there are many bars and restaurants doing breakfast 2 for 5 euro, beer 1euro pint and three course dinner from 7.5 euros. If you wanted to eat in you could there are three shops within walking distance and a lidi at the top of the road (2 miles) prices a lot cheaper than uk in approx. The position on the front is the best but can sometimes be a bit windy. If you like walking / biking, there is a very long coastal path all paved and step less except at both ends which you do have to use the steps approx. 7 miles. There is several lifts for ease of use in the building, the building is used has holiday homes, expats and locals. It was very quiet when we was there never heard anything. Wifi is on full strength so no problems there and uk tv. Things I would have liked extra would be extra key so we could have one each and a safe only because that is what I have been used to.
Just returned from 5 weeks in this apartment and it is good to see that most of the issues I identified during our last stay have been rectified. After an initial problem with the wifi, which was resolved very quickly, it proved to be fast and reliable (unusual for Tenerife I believe). The equipment is basic but who cares when you have such a wonderful front line position. The pool area has finally been finished and looks good. This is a quiet residential block so don't expect any activities laid on although the bus service to more lively locations is good. The advert could do with updating with more accurate pictures but we will definately stay here again.
