Modern second floor one bedroom apartment in Aguamarina, Golf Del Sur with a large balcony, wi -fi and fantastic views of the sea and communal pool area. Walking distance to the seafront promenade.
This 2nd floor 1 bedroom Apartment is modern, well furnished and is situated in a fantastic position within the complex. The large balcony overlooks the pool and the Atlantic ocean with stunning views!
Inside the apartment you can see the Altantic from both the bedroom and the lounge. With those delightful balconys sitting over the Atlantic.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists of 2 sofa beds (each folds into a double), A DVD Player and Satellite television with BBC1 and ITV. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony.
The apartment has recently had w-fi internet installed.
The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean. There is a washing machine.
The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly. The main doors to reception are kept locked so it is very safe and secure. Its very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.

10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island. Taxi rank within 2 minutes walk.

3'rd time there so no surprises apart from the main pool being renovated therefore no warm swim.A little tired but we have already booked next door for next year so must be good.Balcony seat cushions need replacing.
2nd stay at this complex and would love to recommend it ...but although no problem with appartment its self the work mentioned in other review is far from complete would attach photos if I could. Left puzzled by responce to review mentioning works that assures all is complete . Pool area until still usable 5-12 Jan 17.
We stayed at this apartment from the 10th -17th December. It was a great location and a well equipped apartment.
We found the staff more than helpful when we wanted to arrange an early pick up of keys.
My husband has to use a mobility scooter to get about and this apartment block was one of the best we have ever stayed in for ease of access.
We were slightly disappointed at the work going on around the pool but realise that the complex has to be maintained.
We are looking forward to a return visit to the complex in March 2017 and hopefully many more holidays in the future.

The apartment was of a fair size and had all the amenities we needed for self catering, more toilet roll could have been provided.
Not impressed with the work going on around the pool, this had been going on for a few weeks so we should have been notified before our stay to expect noise and dust and not being able to use the main pool.
Workers arrived at 7am drilling started after 08.30am not what you want when you come on a relaxing break.
If it wasn't the workers waking us up it was the barking dogs in some of the apartments, even though it stated on documentation in the lobby dogs were not tolerated.
The light above the sink in the bathroom had not been checked as it did not work.
Would have appreciated new bedding and towels part way through the stay, as we didn't we put these through a wash, as there was a washing machine.
It's almost three years since our last stay in these apartments, and there are still clean and well maintained.
I'm pleased to say that, since criticism about the towels and shower head from a previous occupier of 211, both have been replaced.
The advert shows an old TV, but there is a new flat screen one and the furniture is comfortable. Kitchen equipment and appliances are more than adequate for self catering.
The key collection was a little confusing because the directions say there's a sign saying "Golf school" on the road where the key safe is located. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.
It was a bonus that a late checkout could be arranged at a small cost.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday with perfect weather and will, hopefully, be returning next year.
