Stunning front line apartment situated on the top floor with south facing balcony and breathtaking sea, golf course and mountain views. The apartment boasts a private roof top terrace for sunbathing.

This frontline south facing 1 bedroom Apartment is situated on the eighth floor and has breathtaking sea views from the double balcony leading from both the lounge and the bedroom. The swimming pool grounds are also located on the shoreline edge giving the same fantastic views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists of an armchair, a double sofa, DVD / CD Player and satellite TV with BBC, ITV and SKY Sports. There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with lovely views over the pool to the sea.

The bedroom consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a clock radio / CD player. It also has patio doors leading to the double balcony.

From the balcony there is a spiral staircase that leads to the private roof terrace with it's panaromic views! From here you can sunbathe from dawn till dusk!

The fully tiled bathroom has a washing machine installed.

For high standard accommodation and a fantastic sea front location, Aguamarina has to be one of the best complexes in Golf Del Sur and this apartment is in one of the best positions within it! You can literally see the Atlantic from every virtually every room in the apartment, and when you lie in bed at night all you will here is the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore!

The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.

Over the road from the complex is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.

We stayed here on 24th March 2017 for one week. Its fair to say that the apartment is dated and some furniture & fixing are very old, however the location and roof terraces make up for this.
Apartment block itself is well situated and very clean inside.
The pool was being renovated when we arrived and although the main pool was usable the front terrace was out of bounds.
We only found out about the pool issue through other channels, not the owner nor the booking handler...we had to enquire before we were told anything. We should have been informed BEFORE the booking was confirmed about any pool issues - I found this to be disappointing.
I don't know how long the property had been empty before we arrived but there was a lot of dust about.
The above points are worth noting, however overall the place was worth it, location and amenities and we would definitely go back..

Had a wonderful holiday from 2nd to 9th March 2017. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The washing machine and wifi were appreciated. The roof terrace was wonderful but as it was quite windy when we were there we tended to sunbathe on the very large balcony which got the sun for most of the day. This was our second holiday at the Aguamarina and we have definitely found a place that suits us perfectly, looking forward to returning in December.

I have stayed in this area twice a year for the last 7 years and can honestly say this was one of the best we have stayed in. I had some doubt about it as it was across the road from the pub but as you are the other side of the building you do not hear any noise at all. The views that are shown are accurate and fantastic. Shower was good and powerful, my only fault i would say is that it could do with bath sheet not bath towels. But seriously if that is my only fault then the apartment is superb as i am very picky. Great apartment and thank you to the owners 5 out of 5 in all areas.

superb position if you like the sun. We have commented before all bed linen should be renewed and the apartment needs painting.

We live outside all day and like to stay indoors at night most of the time. We long let and found the TV to be too small and sound quality to be poor.Because we are not interested the tv programmes on offer(we would be if there was a sky sports package) we take box sets out but could not play them because the dvd player would not accept blu ray dvd's.

The internet connection in the apartment was appreciated.

The cheap small chairs on the balcony were just too uncomfortable to use, so we got the plastic chairs down from the sun terrace.

Apartment is in a perfect location. Roof terrace fabulous.
Inside a little tired and pots and pans could do with being replaced.
Sky TV perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
However the check in is the worst we have ever had. The keys have to be collected from a location a good way from the apartment. We know the area well and if we didn't it would have been a nightmare !
Very poor arrangement for this.

As this is a privately owned complex there is no general reception. Our key collection arrangements have remained unchanged for the last 10 years. Clients either collect keys from our key collection point in the resort centre (3 minute drive from the complex) or can take advantage of our airport transfer service where our driver will have the keys. If either of these arrangements are not suitable please let us know as we want all clients to have the best experience possible in this wonderful apartment.

The apartment as advertised is perfect for a couple. We prepared all our own meals, the kitchen is well equipped. Lovely bathroom & lots of hot water. Wi-fi in the room is a great addition. First up we had to dust & vacuum everything especially under the bed.
It was a great disappointment to find that the pool was closed for repair. Access to the heated pool is one of the real features of the complex that we have enjoyed during our previous stays.
Two minor items: the front door needs to be rehung/shaved down, it's hard to close. The lock box at the key collection point is bent & rusted making it hard to operate, need a bit of attention.
